Q: Has anywho who is around 5 foot try this? I have a terrible time with the hospital binders bc I’m short. I see the circumference measurements of this band but not the top to bottom if someone were wearing it.

A: Hey there, yes we have heard it works well if you are 5 feet tall :).

Q: I'm very close to the maximum measurement, around like 43-44 inches. I'm wondering if this will actually be comfortable or if it will be straining because it's so close.

Eh it was ok, I liked the quality of the materials at first, better than most on Amazon. But if you sit down while wear this it folds in the half and slides all over the place.. I used it mainly for lower back support after getting back into working out. But I ended up sizing out of it pretty quick, and I'm not overly skinny, and still have some tummy weight to lose. I ended up donating it to another mama.

It rolls down and up so it's hard to wear it while tending to your babies needs. It seems sturdy but once it rolls down or up it won't hold it's shape anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Velcro and no bunching of fabric like other bands. Very well made and loved the support it provided. Wearing the band really helps with post partum cramping.

This has potential but it's definitely not worth buying. For me it is too big, the velcro straps only can go to a certain point so I couldn't make it any smaller. Also folds up at the bottom while on the top it's so loose. Not happy at all with this.

I had hoped this would have been a great product to use I love the Frida mom brand but this support binder was not it for me. It truly did not offer any support at all and would rise up and bunch on the torso. Better off buying a faja for post partum and stay clear of this.

I was gifted this binder and I wouldn’t recommend it. Once on it’s sturdy and holds well but it does roll down from the top. It’s also very small. If you sit down it’ll roll up. I feel like this is not a good binder for PP moms. The material is good and feels durable but overall does not do its job. I luckily asked for a binder at the hospital I delivered and was given one so I’ll just be using that one instead of the Frida one.

This is literally so small. I know I’ll get a little smaller after birth when I’d be using it but it doesn’t even go halfway around me now. I was a size 12/14 pre-pregnancy. It should really come in more sizes or be more adjustable. It’s also pretty narrow so I could see it just rolling down or digging in whenever I sit down.

Disappointed because I’ve really liked all of the other products I’ve used. I Wish this came in different size options. I am a size 18/20 pre pregnancy and obviously have a little extra postpartum and although I can get it stretched it’s way too tight. I really liked the idea of the three bands but I’ll be looking for something else.

Velcro stopped working after 5 days

Mom of 2 - 4 months ago, Verified purchaser
The band offered helpful support after abdominal surgery but the Velcro did not continue to stick after only 5 days of use. I’m size 6 so the band fit but the fabric was faulty at continuing to stick to the Velcro straps. That said, it was the help I needed for standing up and getting around for a short time but I wish it lasted longer. Design-wise I would’ve preferred the band to be not as tall (the bottom two straps offered the most support). The band needed to be adjusted for standing vs sitting or lying down, so frequent changing meant using the Velcro a lot and not easy to hide under a shirt if out in public.

I would NOT recommend. I had a normal delivery. Thought this would be a good binder to support my stomach. It slide up after seating and it’s not comfortable. I would skip. I switched to traditional faja.

You need a lot of abdominal strength to pull this tight for it to actually compress , which defeats the purpose because weak abdominal muscles is why we have to wear it in the first place
