Description
Frontier Natural Products Co-op Organic Chai Tea contains organic ginger, organic fennel and organic cloves among other ingredients for a sweet yet spicy mix that gives you an outstanding taste and aromatic experience. Simply pour 3/4 cup of boiling water over 1 tsp. of tea and let it steep for 4 to 5 minutes, then sweeten if desired. Each pouch is 16 oz., enough for multiple cups or pots of tea.

This chai is delicious! Spicy and flavorful. It's mostly spices, the tea is not whole leaves like the Earl Grey, but that doesn't mean it's weak. Tea leaves are more pulverized.

I like it enough to make it everyday. But I didn't give it five stars because it doesn't have a very strong chai flavor. I have to use at least a half of a tablespoon per cup. Plus I use chai tea stevia to make the chai flavor stronger.
Chai tea the way Chai tea should be.

Flavor is very good. May be a bit too strong for me compared to others so adding milk does help as well as smaller portion of tea to water.

I love how the components of chai tea usually blend together, but this tea is a lot of tea, and only a small amount of spice. I make a cup of this tea, then another cup of hot coconut milk saturated with cinnamon, ginger, clove and cardamom from my cupboard. That makes 2 cups of great tea! But I'm still looking for that great organic chai that already has an abundance of organic spices so that I don't have to spend my time enhancing it!

I have tried lots of Chai, loose and bagged (even tried my hand at making it myself), so when I tried this I was thinking I'd have lots of so so that I would have at least on hand. Boy was I wrong, brewed it exactly as the label said, added milk and honey as always and was just blown away :=) , insert big happy face. I'm not one to leave reviews much, just saying, if you love Chai, this one will leave you too with a big happy smiley face. I've found my Chai nirvana and I'll definitely be back for more.....
