A: Yes my 6 year old was able to drink it without any side effect or issues. I would not give it to any child younger than 5 years of age.

While the flavor of this tea was good, I would not recommend purchasing this brand as the loose leaf leaked out of the tea bag. Since I do have a whole box I will empty the tea bag and steep as loose leaf.

Can I give it 6 stars? I have never been into teas. I picked this up because I had a sore throat and right now I’m single mom while my husbands gone for work and it’s the holidays. I was so stressed and started feeling sick. One cup of this and I already feel sooo much better, like instantly.

I have a deep love for tea as it's something my mom and I bond over since I was a little girl. I believe there's never a bad time for a cup of tea and there is a tea for everything! I bought this tea on a whim and it very quickly became my favorite tea and I'm on my third box. I find it so delicious and sweet, but not too sweet. I love that it's caffeine free too as I prioritize non-caffeinated teas. The only thing that would make this tea and this brand better overall is having the option to buy teas in loose leaf as I am trying to slowly, but surely make that transition to all loose leaf.

I tried this tea for the first time this evening and BOY HAVE I BEEN MISSING OUT! I have instantly fell in love with this tea! It tastes so good and really helped me with my stress. I am a college senior and applying to professional schools right now, so my stress levels are out of control. This tea calmed my nerves so fast! I would recommend this to anyone!

Have tried others from the Yogi line and other brands, and though I like those this Cinnamon Stress Support tea is my fave at night. It smells soothing and the taste is a nice soft cinnamon. It’s relaxing. Love it.
