[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small Elsa doll in “ice” was fun to discover. The ice was an interesting texture. I was expecting a slime texture and it was more like Jello. Not gooey, but it does break up into tiny pieces so it could make a mess if not contained. The kids enjoyed the sensory aspect of unboxing this doll. Once they played with the goo for a few minutes, they lost interest. The doll is nice. You use her box as a stand and display case, but the doll doesn’t stand alone well. This toy was fun to open, but she hasn’t played with it much since opening it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The disney frozen ice reveal is very nicely packaged with eye catching picture. It was easy to unpackage. The bottom piece to reveal ice removed easily. The tool to break the ice is a fun snowflake. It worked well to break the ice in small or large pieces. The gel looks like and feels like real ice when chipped at with the snowflake tool. It was a little messier than i thought it would be, but lots of fun. If you prepare an area to play with it, it cleans up fairly easy. The surprises inside were packaged nicely and were of nice quality. The cloak on Anna was a little hard for little hands to remove, but if you moved the hair around it comes off easier. The figures fit nicely to stand on the snowflake ice tool. I thought it could use a better support to stand on the base. The picture for the background is nice having two to choose from. We had a little trouble with it falling forward and knocking figures over. In general i really liked the display case to keep the figures in. The ice case looks and feels like an ice formation. It is a little hard to see the figures through the case, but still happy with it. It's a great toy for children that like to uncover surprises.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a pretty meh toy for us. My 4 year old had trouble scooping the gel herself (and it was very messy). She was also a little underwhelmed by the surpise inside. Also the doll did not stay well on the stand afterwards. Might be more fun for a slighlty older kid who can do the whole thing indepedently?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Today my 4, 5 and 7 year old opened the frozen reveal toy! Who doesn’t love a fun surprise that’s in a gooey gel?!?!They absolutely loved it. The multiple layers of surprises was a great element. All three were able to play a part in getting to the toy through the gel like substance. It was helpful to have a plate under because it can get a bit messy but at the same time not overwhelmingly messy. They used a snowflake scooper that was revealed once they opened the first layer . Once the scooped all the gel out they played with the Elsa toy and used the container to use their imaginations as if they were in the movie. The stand held the miniature toy Elsa and snowflake scooper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were both very excited and curious to see what we would find! However, I would suggest scooping out the solidified "slime" in a larger area (maybe outside vs the kitchen table) and be a little more cautious if you have pets. It was lots of fun but we did end up with a bigger mess than anticipated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cool toy. I comes packed in icy looking slime gel stuff. You have to dig out the toys. We like that it comes with a doll and a few accessories. When you are done digging the toys out, you can turn it into a snowglobe-like display. The slime stuff felt weird, it was kind of like stiff jello.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great quality however it is a bit messy! Be prepared for the gel the items are in to make a mess. The product I received also didn’t come with the lizard so I can’t speak to its size. The dome you put them back into was a little dark but overall still a good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughters loved this! It was a fun short activity to receive a mystery toy. They didn’t care what it was it was just pure excitement. The only downside it that they ripped into it before I could read the instructions and it made a mess. Overall my kids loved it and the smiles on their faces made up for the mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was fun to open as we didn’t blew what to expect when opening up the slime/gel. We liked that it included a snowflake tool to help us get the surprise bags out of the gel. The little doll (we got Anna) is cute and well-made and became a quick favorite. Unfortunately it’s difficult to get her cape and bag on because her hair is rigid and in the way, so that was frustrating. The display case and background were not a hit. Overall, it was a fun experience to open the gel to find the surprises and we found the doll to be cute and sturdy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mini doll comes with some fun accessories like an extra “side kick” character and cape. The “snow” was more like a gel substance. My daughter appreciated that the toys were in wrapped in a closed bag so she didn’t have to wash them before playing. As my daughter described it “it’s a collector item not a playable toy” the reason why the doll isn’t posable the arms don’t move and Anna bag couldn’t even be put on because we couldn’t get it over her arm just her neck. The highlight of this set was Olaf.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very intrigued by the “snow/ice” encasing the contents. I thought it was going to have a slime texture, but it is more like dried out slime - very crumbly and messy. Definitely cover your work surface when opening! The little star scooper included was challenging for my 5-year-old to handle due to the small size and the firmness of the snow. He asked me to help, and I still made a mess getting it out. Each packet in the snow sufficiently protected the contents. The figure is very detailed and so pretty! The detail achieved on such a small figure is rare, and much appreciated. I loved the added little fire and salamander. Each of them has great detail and quality. The salamander is quite tiny, and I didn’t let my son use without supervision because he is not predictable with tiny pieces. I don’t think it is small enough to fit in a nose, if that is a concern for other children. Elsa is able to stand on the platform of the packaging and her fire and friend can be secured as well. I like that the packaging isn’t just trash once the toy is opened - it doubles for display and storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter liked opening this up and finding Elsa. She played with the little figurine for maybe 30 minutes but did go looking for it later in the day. Overall a good small toy for young girls. One less star for the messiness!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Disney frozen ice reveal surprise toy is a fun and interactive toy. The toy combines the elements of play and surprise for children. What I liked the most was that it was interactive it gives children the opportunity to dig the bag out of the gel substance. I also liked that the figurine was packaged to prevent it from getting covered in the gel. However, the only thing I disliked was the doll itself isn’t articulate so play time is limited. Overall, the Disney frozen ice reveal surprise toy is a delightful addition to any frozen fans and children. With its unique concept it provides entertainment for young children. While it may have limitations, it’s a great way to encourage imaginative play while enjoying the characters from Frozen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loved this toy! Shes a huge fan of Frozen and surprise toys are her favorite. She was thrilled to get Elsa and a sweet little snow baby and opening up the gel that looked like ice was fun for both my kids (she’s 6 and my son is 3). They’ve been playing with the figurines and dressing Elsa in her cape. I liked the toy as well but the gel was a little messy so I’d recommend opening it outside or in a safe surface that can get messy and clean up easily!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loved the packaging. She had fun making getting the items out of the gel. She puts the doll in the case for “bedtime”. The instructions were great with pictures and showed my daughter the picture of using the snowflake to stabilize the doll and she was able to do it on her own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Disney Frozen Ice Reveal kit for my 4-year-old, and while the concept of revealing hidden characters in ice was exciting, I was disappointed to discover that the ice is not safe for consumption. Unfortunately, the first thing my child wanted to do was eat the ice, which raised concerns about its toxicity. I would recommend this product for children between the ages of 7-9, as they may be less tempted to ingest the ice and more likely to understand that it is meant for play rather than consumption. While the idea behind the kit is creative and engaging, I would advise close supervision and education about the non-edible nature of the ice for younger children. Overall, the Disney Frozen Ice Reveal kit offers a fun and interactive experience for older children who can appreciate the magic of revealing hidden characters in ice, but caution is advised when using it with younger children to prevent any potential safety risks.
