Q: I haven’t ordered yet but I’m planning to soon! I just had one question before I ordered. I just wanted to know if it was ok to put multiple different kinds into one bottle? I was just wondering before I put two volumize and strengthen one together!

I thought this would be a really cool way to customize my shampoo. However, I didn’t really notice any difference and noticed I was losing more hair after several uses. I wouldn’t recommend this.

I added this to the zero gravity mousse for wavy hair, and I have noticed a huge difference in my hair - it has more volume and more texture than when I used the mousse without this booster shot. I hardly ever review items but tbh every time I look in the mirror I’m happy with my hair, so wanted to share the love ❤️

I am a male with long hair (for a guy) and it is fine and lightweight. I bought this along with the straight hair shampoo and conditioner. I have been looking for hair care products to help me, because I can practically get hardly any volume from my hair type at all. I saw no change in volume after a full month of the booster in the shampoo and occasionally using the conditioner. My hair actually felt worse compared to the Head and Shoulders I was using beforehand. Disappointing, I was hoping I would at least see a slight difference. Also there are some ingredients that aren’t too good for you, descriptions of those chemicals are in the photos.

My hair feels thicker and I cannot wait to flat iron it or curl it and see how it looks after that. I’ve been waiting for something that will make my hair look less flat after ironing it and this is the solution. I am happy with that this product doesn’t test in animals and I recommend it because I am buying it again once I finish it. It was gifted by function of beauty

I've done my homework on this and I add it to the mousse it works so well not sticky gives great control during blow dry with round brush gives that beachy wave look!! only wish I would have purchased sooner!! no flaky scalp either!! alcohol free!! brilliant idea!! thanks FOB for bringing a fresh new idea to the hair product industry!!!!

My hair is thin and straight. It falls flat with no volume at all. Even if I style to give volume to my hair, it falls flat within a short time. This worked well volumizing hair. I didn't style my hair when using this so I can see how it works for my hair without styling. It worked well. I think I will continue using this. - complimentary from Function of Beauty

I noticed a significant reduction in frizz even in humid conditions, which is usually a major challenge for my hair. The shots are incredibly convenient to use. I applied one to my damp hair after washing, and I could feel the difference as I combed through my hair. My strands felt smoother, and detangling was a breeze.

I was gifted by Function of Beauty x Target "Straight Hair Custom Volumizing booster shots with Hair Goals" for free to test and review. The packaging is made of recycled plastic. The formula is 99% naturally derived, 100% vegan, sulfate-free, paraben-free, cruelty-free, and silicone-free. These are things I personally look for in hair products. It's easy to snap open and pour 1 shot into the bottle and shake. I always shake the bottle again before use just to make sure everything is blended. These booster shots are fun and definitely add extra volume and shine enhancers to your shampoo and conditioner. It is fragrance-free so it doesn't add a different smell to the other products. It also removes buildup, to help give your hair more volume. My hair feels refreshed, soft and bouncy. I recommend to all my straight hair peeps to try this brand immediately! #hairgoals

I received this complimentary from Function of Beauty and Skeepers for my honest review. The idea of adding an oil to my shampoo and conditioner initially scared me. I felt it would make my hair feel weighed down and look greasy. I was shocked at how much volume it gave my hair in comparison to other products I have used that boasted about volume. I love that I can add these boosters to my favorite shampoo and conditioner to customize a product for my personal hair needs. I would recommend this product and will be repurchasing.
