This was expensive! I wasn't sure it would be as great as I read the reviews to be but alas! For once I was wrong! This thing is amazing! It brings up a huge amount of undercoat that I never even knew existed! Only thing is when I brush my cat she doesn't pur like the regular brush. Hopefully she will get used to it. Had to hold her while brushing, I'm not sure she liked it that much. But she didn't freak out and run away so thats a good thing!
We really like the rubber grip handle.

We bought this a few months ago and my husband uses it on our cat and our Yorkie. He absolutely loves it.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and wish I had only bought it sooner. The amount of hair I was able to brush from my cat's coat in one groom, was about the same as six times with a normal brush. Every time he was pet before, there was just a flurry of fur in the air, not to mention all that would stick to your clothes when holding him. That is no more! And my cat isn't bothered by it at all, he actually purrs. Definitely think this product is worth the price, you and your cat will be happy :-)

This is hands-down one of the most true-to-its-word products I have ever used. I used this tool on my medium-size devon-rex cat for the first time today and OMG the results are incredible. I have been obsessed with using it all day and have removed a whole bunch of hair that otherwise would have ended up in a hairball or around my home. I find it very satisfying and comfortable to use. My cat does not seem bothered by the tool when I use it on her and, in fact, it seems like she may even enjoy it. I would 100% recommend this product.

I have a gray cat with a very thick but fine-haired double coat that other cat brushes wouldn’t collect. I could only use a rubber brush that got fur everywhere. This not only collects her fur but it keeps it pretty compact. Worth the price.

My cat does not sit still for more than 10 seconds of brushing. I was surprised that she sat for at least a few minutes of the Furminator before getting annoyed. After 10 minutes I got a small handful of hair, but I think my cat grooms more than the average cat and is also a shorthair. It’s pricey but worth the money. Looking forward to seeing less hair on our sheets and blankets.

Bought a year ago, furminator done a great job saving me from flying fur. For now razor become pretty thick, is there a possibility to replace or to sharp a razor?

I have a male cat who was separated from his mother too young. Because of this he lacks self grooming skills. We have always used a bristle brush on him but I noticed recently he leaves layer of fur everywhere he goes. I bought and used this tool for the first time today and was shocked at the amount of hair that came off my cat in just 3 minutes. Here is a picture of the fur on my entry rug. I didn't even get halfway done as my cat isn't used to such a thorough grooming and I didn't want to stress him out. I will now be grooming him 5 minutes a day everyday to keep my house finally free of his loose fur. I've told all my friends with cats this is a must have.

I bought this deShedding like 3 months ago and it was the only thing that helps removed my cat's old hair, it might not be the most comfortable for the cat, but our cat doesn't like any hairbrush so, what matters is that it does the. task 100%, so I fully recommend this tool.

I have been Furminating our short- AND long-haired cats for many years. They were a little suspicious at first but they just love the results and now just think it's extra petting. It's really incredible how well this thing works. We're having a really hot summer and the fur I get off one cat looks like I could make a whole new cat out of it! This leaves the cat sleek and beautiful ... and cooler. And we have less cat fur on the furniture-- although it's useful for picking that up, too, LOL-- and fewer hairballs. It's simply the best such gadget I've ever used, better than gloves or brushes of any description. Sure, it's pricey-- but I've had mine for at least 15 years, and it will never wear out.
