[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They're not messing around with this one. I used it on my old lady and you could've built a new cat with all the loose fur it got off. She seemed to enjoy it, so that's good. I did find that, if I'm not careful, it can almost create a bald spot if used repeatedly in the same area. Still, it lessened the hairballs after use, which is always helpful. The handle feels good in your hand and isn't painful with repeated brushing movements. I would definitely look at another Furminator product next time I'm in the market for a brush.

Most importantly, my cats like it and it seems comfortable for them, not causing any pain even when I brush “hard”.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a British Shorthair who has a very dense coat so I was a little skeptical because of the size of the brush but I was pleasantly surprised when brushing her. She seemed to like it and it got out a pretty decent amount of undercoat in a short amount of time! The only downside is that it is a little sharp so you have to be careful not to brush to hard or snag any skin or you could cut the cat.

This brush works great for both of them and has come in so handy during this shedding season. Even better both cats seem to actually enjoy being brushed, a rarity for sure. The brush itself has a nice weight to it and seems like it will hold up for a while. I received it in exchange for a review and I’m so glad I did. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this comb. My cat has short/almost medium hair and especially since it’s winter and trying to get warmer, he’s shedding a lot. He hasn’t thrown up any hairballs since I use this weekly and another light comb daily. This feels very heavy duty. The only thing I don’t like is that the mechanism to push the hair forward out of the comb teeth is awkward. Pushing it in is fine, but you have to push it up to get it back into place and it jumps back and can kind of get you if you aren’t careful. Otherwise it’s great.

And wow, let me tell you, it’s absolutely AMAZING! My kitty isn’t thrilled about the grooming (she’s not a fan, to say the least), but we’re on a mission to win her over, haha! The tool feels great in your hand and has an ergonomic handle. The teeth of the tool are great quality, and it feels like it will last quite a while. My cat absolutely loved me using it on her and purred the whole time! My only qualm is that the button to eject the collected fur got jammed in the down position. I had to push on it to get it to go back. After that, I started to just manually remove the fur, which worked just fine. I was able to remove a good amount of fur in just a few minutes, and there is a noticeable reduction in fur around my home since I started using it!

They are pretty picky about being brushed and I am so glad to have this grooming device that catches a lot of fur and decreases how much they shed. My cats are getting more comfortable with this brush the more I use it with them and this seems to be the most effective cat brush I’ve used - and I’ve used plenty! I wish I tried this as the first cat brush as they seem to like it better than other brushes I’ve used. Great cat brush! Prevents shedding and traps loose hair! I would recommend!!
