Got for my daughter for Christmas, and she LOVES it. Now, when you turn it on, it makes a grinding sound and doesn't do anything it's supposed to. Very disappointing for $60.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Omg this is absolutely adorable!! It's a lot bigger then I imagined. It's very durable and well made. My daughter got sick a kick out of him standing up and walking with her! With over 100 different interactions, this keeps her happy and busy for hours.

We purchased this for our child as a gift and something is wrong with the battery access. We got in contact with the company and they said they would issue a replacement. It has been a month and now they will not respond with shipping/tracking info and do not answer their phones. We have no way of getting our money back.

Broke within 3 weeks and 5 uses. Arms no longer work. Definitely not worth the $60 :(

This toy is super cute but buyers beware, it is finicky and breaks really easy. My 4 year old wanted this for Christmas and loved it for the first 2 weeks before the foot broke off for no reason. Target was great with a return of the toy. We got another and within 8 hours it stopped working. You could hear humming in the belly but her arms/legs wouldn't move. The concept is great but the tears over this have been painful.

The first one stopped working the day after it was opened. The motor would run, but the monkey did nothing. Target sent a replacement & that one does the exact same thing, so I will be requesting a refund. Do not waste your money.

Broke within 12 hours of having him out of box and batteries put in. No rough play, even tried to put leg back on with no success. I cut a hole in the leg to try to see better to repair and I don’t even understand how it was attached to begin with. JUNK and very heart broken 5 year old.

It doesn’t turn on. We’ve tried multiple batteries and the screws are not easy to get out.

First one, leg broke on christmas. Got a replacement, leg broke on day 5.

This was my daughter’s number one Christmas request and it broke within 4 hours of opening on Christmas morning. The left leg completely detached and she wasn’t even being rough with it. Lots of tears. I’m glad Target accepted the return because we tried for hours to fix it ourselves.

Had this out of the box for less than 1 hr before the leg snapped, tried every way to get it snapped back in and unfortunately I can’t.

The first monkey did not work AT ALL. We had trouble unscrewing the screws to the battery packs. I inserted batteries and monkey would not work. Changed batteries - no luck. Checked to make sure all batteries were good - no luck. Took it back to Target and thank goodness the refund was simple. I am going to order another to see if it is better.

My daughter loved this monkey. She was so excited for it. And although it’s a very cute interactive toy, it broke before we even had it 24 hours! There was no rough play, the leg just popped off. Now one doesn’t work. The packaging was also AWFUL. It was broken in every way possible. Definitely not worth the money.

My daughter just opened this for Christmas yesterday. She loved it. It is really cute and interactive. The toy broke before the day was over. The leg broke off inside the fur. The body had no way to take the fur off and get to the plastic inside. It also keeps getting stuck on one action over and over. It used 12 batteries up before the day was over trying to get it to work properly but still didn’t. The concept is great but the execution of the toy is terrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves this monkey! The down fall is it didn’t come with any batteries included. And it takes alot of batteries. But I’m not complaining to much cause this is a gifted monkey. It looks to be made with good quality.

It took me three monkeys before I could get a decent one. The first one I received in the mail with no box. Crushed,cracked, and broken packaging. I took that back to Target. A child can’t receive a gift like that. The second one we couldn’t get the screws out the feet to put batteries in it. The screws IMMEDIATELY stripped despite being very delicate with them. We ended up trying again with a third one. It finally functioned. It’s a cute toy with multiple reactions. My kid loves it but it was a pain. The material is cheap.
