A: Hello - Thank you for asking. You can hand wash this wrist brace. Remove metal splint from inside of brace and close all fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. This brace is the most comfortable brace to sleep in that I have tried. Ever since my child's father who was a Mason beat up my arm, I have not found a brace that was more comfortable than this one to sleep in. I went through several other braces and they were just horrible and uncomfortable. This one provides such support and the little beads just really feel great on my hands. I don't wake up with my hand in severe pain, cramping or numb with this brace at all. I thought my hand was done for after a domestic violence situation with a Mason, but it just really helped me out tremendously. I would recommend this brace to anyone who has issues with her hands.

I don’t know if I have carpal tunnel or not but I’ve been waking up with tingles/numbness and horrible pains that go from my elbow down to a few fingers. I couldn’t find any sleeping position that was helpful. I mostly sleep on my back but would still wake up throughout the night with some tingles. When I’d get up in the morning it was taking longer and longer for my arm to feel “normal” again. I decided to try this on a whim hoping for an ounce of relief and I was actually able to sleep without ANY tingles/pain in that arm. I could cry at how relieved I am. I hope it continues to do this every night .

I have tendinitis and this has been a great relief, I wear a different brace for daytime and I was just wearing a compression glove at night but it wasn't supportive enough, after wearing this for two nights I finally feel like it's getting better, I think it's the bead padding, it keeps my hand from moving

Definitely made a life change for me after being diagnosed with carpal tunnel with pregnancy. When I discovered I had carpal tunnel, I couldn’t sleep for three days and the pain was undescribable I would be in tears all night. I found that this wrist brace immediately relieved the tingling, numbness, shooting pain the moment I put them on in the store. highly recommend very good support and very durable.

I just purchased this today. I've been having extreme wrist pain in my left wrist, especially at night. I've been looking into what the best brace would be for overnight use and this one had very good reviews so I invested. It is very comfortable so far but does get a little hot. I think that is something you can get used to though. I'll update my review after wearing for a while!

I started waking up in the middle of the night with extreme tingling and pain on my right thumb and pointer fingers. It was unbearable for a few nights in a row, and I read that it could be a symptom of carpal tunnel syndrome or nerve trauma, so I got this when I read reviews that other people experienced relief using it. It's a very simple sleeve that compresses your wrist and palm. I didn't think it would work for the amount of pain I was having, but I used it for a week straight overnight and now I don't even need it. I don't know how it fixed my issue, but I don't have discomfort at all during the day or nighttime anymore. Definitely give it a try! It's a small price to pay for total relief.

The padding keeps it incredibly comfortable. I don't have metal digging into my hand or arm. Normally these things are painful to sleep with on, especially for side sleepers. I have zero problems sleeping with it on. I pretty much only take it off to bathe. So it's comfortable 24/7.

I bought this splint a few weeks ago. It has made such a difference… I was waking during the night and in the morning with a stiff and aching hand. I had also developed a trigger finger due to arthritis. I am a keen gardener so I needed a solution. I found the support in this splint to be ideal. It’s very supportive and comfortable to wear. I now wake in the morning with a much more relaxed pain-free hand.
Efficient, but designed with planned obsolescence in mind.

I have used these braces for the last 4 years now, nightly. They work beautifully, and are comfortable. 2 problems though: they can smell bad (sweaty palms?) after wearing them night after night, so they need washing occasionaly (removing the metal part inside, reinserting it etc. It's cuumbersome but feasable). 2) More annoying: the velcros are built to fail after 3 months. Seriously. Suddenly the blue fabric frays away and the 3 tiny velcros stop gripping. That ruins an otherwise perfeclty functional brace. The price of this brace is far from cheap: 3M (the manufacturer) needs to produce better quality for that price.

I've been struggling with pregnancy induced carpal tunnel and I am a hairstylist. This has help me sleep through the night and not wake up in pain I would recommend it becomes a little loose through the night but it gets the job done

Hi- this product works well for me to prevent carpal tunnel tho need to cut out pad in middle of it. When I did cut the pad, it had tiny tiny beads. I am very concerned this will be hard on the environment w all these tiny plastics beads and get into our water streams. Pls change this or tell me they are biodegradable.

This wrist brace absolutely saved me throughout my pregnancy. I had pregnancy-induced carpal tunnel that hit me hard through the second half of my pregnancy and it didn’t fizzle out until six weeks postpartum. I have used this brace for quite awhile and it helps a lot with my hand pain! My only problem is where the medal part goes in it seems to cut the fabric at the top. Will try to sew the place that's tearing.
