This product is amazing! suggested use is 1-3 tablets a day. I take the max amount and for the first time in years I am able to fall asleep within a few minutes (i used to lay there for hours) and actually sleep better! I didn't realize how poorly I was sleeping until I started taking this. I take one at morning, noon, and evening. Really helps to keep me calm during the day and helps with my ADHD which has been getting progressively more prominant with my age and pre menopause. Women that are at premenopause or menopause I would suggest this highly especially if you are feeling more agitated or angry. I was told by my Dr. that it was just premenopause and there was no solution. I have done alot of research!! When you can't sleep and don't sleep well it affects your mood and everything else.
