Gaiam Restore Posture Corrector Back Stretcher - Black

Unfortunately, I grabbed this item instead of their improved design to sample the *power* of this postural corrector/Stretcher. I recommend the other model with the higher pricepoint only because if you have a small frame the "V" shape actually pulls the High Cervical to Atlas inward. Which defeats the purpose. "V" shape is a design flaw... low pricepoint is only motivator here. (advice for those with cervical dystonia, go with one with figure 8 design.

Useless as it’s moving up constantly and then doesn’t work in that position.

I like the price, but I have broad shoulders, and even when it’s adjusted to the very end, it cuts in the front of my shoulders, and under my arms really bad. I have to return. The material feels like a nylon strap. no real give to it.

I don’t like that it has to be adjusted often. It tangles or slides up. It does help me in the mornings, when I wake up super stiff.

I couldn't figure out how to use this so will be returning it.

Works okay, but the V-shape at the top of the back portion is too high and rubs the back of my neck. I found a different one that comes down lower that I like better.

It doesn’t work at all. I don’t know if it’s too big, but it is just like wearing backpack without the bag. I had it on extremely tight too.

Even at its biggest this did not fit my 15 year olds shoulders, so if you have broad shoulders, it will not be comfortable.

I love how this is adjustable. I was actually able to get this to sit under my shoulder blades with my long torso. I also saw the pictures of this product with someone wearing the padded pieces on the 2 straps under the shoulder blades, and since I tried that, this thing hasn't ridden up at all! I'm actually able to do yoga and pushups without it moving position. This is great for my work as well as I'm on a computer all day and have a tendency to get too comfortable in my chair. This corrector is quite comfortable and for the price point, very easy to invest in. It seems small, but I wear a size large in women's and it fits well. You can adjust the back strap and the arm straps for comfort and sizing. I recommend wearing it over clothes for sure, though.

Just started using this to help my posture for my wedding, so far works well!

Buy this. Within 20 minutes of wearing it I could already feel a difference afterwards in the way I held myself. Definitely worth it.

Had reviewed and looked at 30 or so. Gaiam was just what I was looking for. The right price and it fits (38”). Also liked that adjustments were in the front. Many other posture correctors have you reach around the back to adjust which did not work well for me. I am very happy with this purchase.

It is very easy to use, and to adjust. It supports very well, and I’m noticing immediate changes in my posture, after wearing it. The only thing that I don’t like is that it has a synthetic chemical smell, but this seems to be wearing off.

It’s impossible that this is “one size fits most.” It runs extremely small.
