Q: the picture shows 2 different boxes, & each has a different amount of loads per box. My question is, they both have the same weight, so how can the amount of loads be different?

I normally love Gain, but didn’t realize this has the Aroma Boost and it’s such an overwhelming smell. I have asthma and it’s not a good match. This is not for anyone who has any type of respiratory issues or skin sensitivities/allergies. There should be a big disclaimer on the box!!! We can handle the original just fine, but for some reason the Aroma Boost is just too much.

Please know, your safety is our top priority, and after reading what you’ve shared, we do ask you to stop using this box of Gain Original Scent Laundry Detergent Powder. Put it in a safe space, just in case we need you to return it to us, and call us for more help, and to give us an update on how you’re feeling. Before doing that, we want to make sure you know that we’ve not made any changes to Gain powder since April 2023, when the powder was reconcentrated to allow for lower dosing per load, while still delivering powerful cleaning results. The scoop was also redesigned to align with this dosing. Be sure you’re using the new scoop and dosing directions. Please, call us for more help with this. We’re here Mondays-Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM, EST and Saturdays-Sundays, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 888-4246.

I love my Gain laundry soap. It works great in getting clothes clean and it smells great. I’ve had people come up and ask me what kind of laundry soap I use because it smells so good. I like the powder better than the flings but I’ve used them also. It’s also eco-friendly.

These soften my clothes better than any other fabric softener. It leaves a light, very clean and pleasant fragrance. It's not too overpowering just light and wonderful.
