Q: I have a small SUV (Toyota RAV4) which easily has room, IF I can load it lying down instead of upright. Is it OK to being it home lying down?

A: I also have a Rav4 and brought it home with no problems lying down. I left it set for couple days where I wanted it for couple days before plugging it in.

A: The manual says "This appliance is intended for indoor household use only. It is not designed for outside installation, including anywhere that is not temperature controlled (garages, porches, etc.)"

Q: Question... In the instructions it states to 'remove the rubber plug from the accessory bag' but unless we missed it somehow, there wasn't a rubber plug. Only thing in the bag was the booklet of instructions... What color was the plug? Help.

A: We actually picked up directly from the store. Brought home unboxed and there was a dent in the front and the hinges on the lid were shifted crookedly as if it were dropped at some point. Returned it.
submitted byalejandra - 2 years agoA: they probably use fed ex. i literally have a video of a guy from fed ex delivering it from a uhaul, dragging it on its side all the way up the entrance walk and rough handling it back upright. there was nothing else on the truck and it didnt look stable when he took it out. can only imagine the drive and how he put it in from the get go.

2 stars because they put the cord on the side all the way near the bottom front of the freezer! That makes it 3 ft further away from any outlet! Why wouldn’t they make the cord come out of the back of the freezer! If your making the power cord come out the side of the unit at least have the cord come out closer to the BACK of the freezer! Major design flaw! I got it closer to my outlet by putting the freezer sideways and opening the lid using the side opening slot! So I don’t face the front of the freezer when I open it, I face the side of it. Wish there was a picture of where the cord was before I bought it.

Much wider than I thought it was. The bottom is pretty sharp. We took it out of the box at the store and did order pickup so it would not arrive banged up. I have a mid sized SUV and fit it in laid on it's back and am glad it can be tipped (some freezers can not be tipped), plugged it in and it is super spacious! Looking forward to using it to triage some yarn moths got into and to store food for outages. For the cost, it works!

We purchased one and it came wheeling out from the back on its side. It must have been stored that way because we got home and followed instructions to let it rest and it never got cold after many attempts. Luckily Target has a very good/fair return policy. It otherwise was lightweight and had wheels. It probably could have been good if it worked. I think it's a storing/shipping issue.
