It not only supports sleep but It also provides stress support, digestive, heart, muscle and bone support. The bottle suggests starting gradually which I did. I started with just 1 and worked myself up to 3 but it says you can take up to 4. I didn't want to use up my bottle too quickly! As soon as I opened it, I was greeted with a wonderful berry smell! The gummies look like little raspberries. I think they have a waxy coating. That's prob to prevent them from sticking to each other. They are tasty but you can still taste that vitamin taste. That's good if you need a reminder that this isn't candy! Can't taste too good! There's 40 to a bottle which is a great value. If it is important to you, they are non-gmo and don't have any added sugars. They are vegan and gluten free. I did not expect immediate results. I take these to improve future health. Don't forget to reorder before you run out and recycle your bottle!
