[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the taste of these magnesium gummies, I can eat them as candies, but it's only four per day. It doesn't have that medicine taste, which is a plus for me. It does work at least for me. I noticed that there are some days that my mood is not in the best behavior or I get frustrated with little things, and since I have been eating these gummies I do notice a difference in my mood. It says that magnesium may have laxative effects, but in my case, it didn't happen, so that is another plus.

Cute package that is easy to open, but if you love gummy candy put them somewhere that reminds you that they are not candy. Like most of the supplements I take, I can't tell how effective they are. I would purchase them in the future.

I was quite surprised at how effective they are and the bottle is big, it's such a reasonably priced product I am definitely going to buy these on a regular basis.

I honestly did not feel any different after taking it. I didn’t find it relaxing, and I actually almost felt a little nauseous. The taste is fine, but for me, the product was not effective. Perhaps it works for others. But not for me.

They are not too sweet and they are deliciously covered in a sugar. They taste great and are effective in relaxing my body. The taste was all most like having a piece of fruit! When I tell you I haven’t slept like this in years!! I wake up without feeling groggy like most supplements and full of energy
