A: Choline is not a nutrient that is included in our Dr. Formulated Prenatal Multi + DHA Softgels. If there is any in the product it would be naturally occurring amounts which we currently do not test for.

Q: These do not contain any biotin correct? I need a prenatal with folate & DHA with zero biotin as it harms my skin!

One of the best prenatal vitamins I ever took. I haven’t had any adverse reactions to this. This is my 4th pregnancy and I can say that this is the one of the best prenatals. Baby gets everything it needs and I dont get sick. The smell is a bit off putting but it’s nothing really, just smells like herbs to me.

I used to love these vitamins. They were easy to swallow and had no bad taste. My last bottle I purchased smelled so different and is impossible to swallow. I don't know if they changed the formula or what, but the fish smell is unbearable (and I don't typically have a sensitive stomach).

I'm not pregnant and never intend to; I take prenatal multivitamins because they offer more nutrients than standard women's multivitamins. The pills are LARGE and I don't notice any abnormal smell or taste to these.

I wanted to love these however my stomach couldn’t handle the DHA. If you take these and notice you are struggling with painful gas the DHA may be the cause. I’ll be switching back to the version without DHA. Yes they smell and taste bad as many have mentioned, but honestly all multivitamin smell and taste horrible to me so no big deal, gulp it down with juice and it’s fine.

Obviously taste and smell is completely subjective because the smell and taste were the only thing that kept me from throwing up my first trimester. I think they smell SOOO good and not fishy AT ALL. For the price, they’re absolutely worth trying… don’t be immediately deterred by the bad smell comments. You might completely disagree like most of the people leaving reviews. They’re nutrient dense, easy to swallow and you only need 1 a day. Totally recommend these!
