I took it all month round as it says, even when I wasn’t on my period, but cramping, mood swings and other symptoms just seemed the same. I will add that my cycle are often way different each month and it’s unpredictable how severe my symptoms will be each month, so there is also the chance that without this supplement the symptoms could have been way worse. It would require taking much longer than one month to really know a difference for me. But I probably will not continue on these. As for the taste, it had a sort of fruity taste, so it was easy to take and the gel formula was nice.

The soft gels are easy to swallow although they appear to be on the larger side. They help with all things PMS.
