The watch is great and full of features, but it's important to note that the ECG function doesn’t work in Brazil. Why? I’m not sure — but for a product in this price range, I would expect all features to be available in all markets. That was a big disappointment for me. For Brazilian users, I would consider the Apple Watch as a more complete alternative.

This watch is fantastic - it has SO MANY applications. However, the battery does not last long, and it takes FOREVER to charge it to 100%. I don't regret buying it - I just wish the battery lasted longer.

The watch is so packed with features it is diffuse to know if I am fully utilizing it. This is my first Garmin and a multi year Apple Watch user. Solely battery capacity makes this watch superior. I have been wearing for 3 weeks. Haven’t really used the maps much, which was my primary reason for getting this model. Probably could have gone with the Instinct 2 or 3. Seems like functionality is the mostly the same, minus mapping. But again I am still learning the watch.

I had a Garmin Instinct before I purchased this watch. The Instinct was a huge upgrade from the Casio I had before, and the Epix is a huge upgrade from the Instinct. The Amoled display is amazing, easily visible in full daylight. I will most likely never go back to a regular display again. The battery lasts for up to 16 days in smart mode, and the GPS and maps are great! I also love the tide data, steps taken, and market data. Great options to customize the watch face. Very happy with the Epix altogether.

The Garmin Epix Gen 2 Sapphire is a solid watch overall. The AMOLED display is sharp and vibrant, and the titanium bezel with the sapphire crystal gives it a premium feel. I got this for Christmas and so far I think it’s the best smartwatch I have ever owned. I am a previous Apple user and I am amazed at how long the battery lasts in my Garmin. The features are amazing and the body battery feature seems to be right on. Can’t wait to continue learning more about it with use.

Considering the significant price tag, I expected a robust and reliable product, but the Epix Pro has been a letdown so far. After a short time, the watch began freezing frequently. Despite attempts to reinstall the software and restart the device, the issue persists, making the watch practically unusable in daily life. In terms of features, the Epix Pro does offer impressive functionalities, such as extensive tracking options and a bright AMOLED display. However, these benefits are overshadowed by the ongoing technical issues. My previous repair experience with Garmin was slow and frustrating, and I sincerely hope this time the issue will be resolved more efficiently. As it stands, I cannot recommend this watch.

I previously had the Fenix 5x and was debating between the Fenix 7 and Epix Gen 2. My concern was the shorter battery life but I find the 16 day true despite wearing it 24/7. The Amlode face is sharp and the optional watch face ensures a professional look while at work. I also purchased a separate metal band when I want a more professional look. The band easily snap on. It does take a bit to adapt to the new features. I would recommend testing the ECG app. I had to return the first one. Also love the new heart rate monitor that tracks heart rate while swimming. Using this for triathlon training.

I upgraded from a Forerunner to the EPIX pro absolutely phenomenal display. I love all of the health and wellness features. The sleep tracking and sleep coach are amazing! Calibration with all my cycling sensors was a breeze. Should’ve made this change a year ago. Absolutely a great smart watch, love it!!

I bought this to replace my fitbit sense 2 that felt cheap out of the box. I am happy that I made the switch because this watch has more advanced features and appears to be more rugged. It's been less than a month since I bought it but am very happy so far.
