I bought this so I can keep track of my heart rate during my workouts, and found the accuracy is pretty spot on when I compared to results from fitness testing. I found that since I already used the vivoactive 5 that moving up to the epix was easy to use.

A great watch at an expensive price. Durable great for musuc storage battery life is good. Great feedback about sleep and recovery it gas only improved since fenix 6 i used to have an its cuter less bulky.

Have had this over a year and love it - fourth Garmin watch over last 12 years. They just keep getting better. Use this for golf, running, hiking, indoor rowing etc. Would love to have workout compatibility with Peleton devices great battery life.

I purchased this watch a few weeks ago and it's been working well so far. I haven't used a Garmin product in about 10 years and my former Garmin product was no way near this sophisticated. I'm still learning how to use all of the features, and I don't understand the body battery at all, but that doesn't seem to be an uncommon sentiment. I like the size of the watch face. I'm glad I didn't go any larger, the battery life has been great so far. I easily get a week with standard wear. The buttons have been easy to use and have not been getting pressed accidentally when I flex my hand, which is nice. I haven't downloaded any maps yet or explored how that may work. Overall, I really like what I have used so far, which is probably about 25% of the watch's featuers.

I bought this watch as a present to myself after having an old Venu 2S for the past few years. What a magical upgrade. I love the features, the look and feel of the watch, the light feature, and all of the training updates I can use to my benefit. I can't wait to use it for more open-water swims in 2025.

I upgraded from Forerunner 945 that ive been using since 2020. Liked the nee screen and new features (morning report, stamina, etc). The frustration came when I started my running trainings and noticed the wrist heart rate measure low most of the running time and sometimes jump to a higher value after 2 or 3 miles. As experienced Garmin user I tried to ch age watch position, tighten or lose but mo sucess on getting good data. I am returning my watch.. this is unacceptable for a premium watch. Hope garmin fix this problem.. I am now back to my Forerunner 945!

Immersive experience with so many features that it's almost overwhelming. Would be nice to have more of a one on one new owner learning /set up for YOUR unique lifestyle manual of sorts. Bought it a few weeks ago and like it so far. The heart rate sensor does not seem to read all the time. For example, Ill be working out and know my heart rate is not 78-90, Ill move it a bit and it will jump to the appropriate heart rate, and then slowly go back down. This happens more during strength training and not very confident in the readings. For the price I would think it would be more accurate during training. Its pretty easy to get use to and I can easily get to the right information on the watch when needed. The durability seems great as I have accidentally have knocked it on a few things and no scratches, breaks, or scuffs.

Sent back my Venu 2 for this. Miss no contacts on the watch and ability to answer a call on the watch . Know that's due to water resistant ability. Think there are others that have mic and resistance. Haven't decided on the wrist band design... certainly narrows selection. Like the look of the watch and screen is bright and clear. Wish there were more apps. Would like to have the ability to add android apps so I could use the watch to start my car.

I received the watch about 2 weeks ago and sofar it has been great! It took a while to get used to, coming from the FR 965. The epic will be the daily fitness tracker and the FR 965 will be used for the runs/ walks etc. So far I am loving it. Would love more options for dressier bands so that it looks great as well in a professional setting.

I’ve had it for a month now and have used it for backpacking, hiking, running, cycling, paddle boarding, and swimming. And I love it! The only thing I wish it had was better battery for the 42mm. I climbed baker for 2 days 1 night and it had died on me on the second day. I need to figure out how to change the settings so it doesn’t drain the battery as much. But overall I love it!! Recommend it to everyone who loves the outdoors and is overall an active person and still want to look cute.
