Garnier’s all-in-1 exfoliating cleanser for visibly healthy glowing skin. This all-in-1 exfoliating micellar gentle peeling water is a facial cleanser and eye makeup remover that is gentle on skin. The Garnier Micellar Gentle Peeling Water with 1% PHA and Glycolic Acid, removes makeup and gently exfoliates skin improving skin smoothness and tone. Use as an exfoliating facial cleanser in the morning and as a gentle makeup remover at night; can also be used as an exfoliating toner. Removes mascara better than the leading face makeup wipes*. This gentle cleanser is approved by Cruelty-Free International, vegan, oil-free, paraben-free, fragrance-free, sulfate-free and silicone-free. Suitable for all skin types, even sensitive.
Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. Use daily. No need to rinse. Suitable for use on face, lips and eyes. Avoid getting in eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Removes mascara better than the leading face make up wipes*.

It’s a great way to cleanse without needing to use water, however, it can certainly be used in the shower if that works best for you!

I don't wear makeup so can't speak to the makeup removing properties of this product. But, I was looking for a gentle exfoliating product for my mature, dry, sensitive, acne prone skin, and found this and the Eco Pads (love them!). I decided to give it a try. I gently patted the Micellar Cleansing Peeling Water onto my face using an Eco pad. I left the product on my face for 2 minutes. Then I rinsed my face with slightly warm water and cleansed it with a gentle facial cleanser. I followed up with my regular moisturizer and WOW! My face immediately looked amazing ... toned, brighter with an even skin tone (unusual for me!), and absolutely no redness or irritation like I get with other exfoliating acids. I'll use it 1-2 times a week, but others with different skin types may want to use it less or more often. If you're looking for a gentle exfoliating peel, you should give this a try! It's a great value for the price, and I noticed no scent or fragrance!

I think this works. I like it better than every other micellar water that I've tried. I have super oily skin and this is the only one that makes me feel clean after using it. Will be consistently rebuying this for the foreseeable future.

I used this for about two weeks and now the skin under my eyes and on my eyelids are burnt and my eyes are puffy. Nothing has made it go away and the skin is dry, red and raw. I am so upset because I have no idea how to fix my once beautiful eyes. This is clearly NOT suitable for the eye area!

I have tried several Garnier Micellar waters. The Gentle Peeling Water is definitely my favorite. It really does gently exfoliate my skin. After using this regularly for a couple weeks my skin is looking so good. It looks bright, fresh, and clear. I use this all over my face including eyes and it doesn't bother me. Really great product. I will repurchase this forever.

What I really like about this particular micellar water is that it not only cleanses and removes makeup, oil & dirt, but you also get daily gentle exfoliation. It has 1% PHA (Polyhydroxy Acid) and glycolic acid for gentle exfoliate, and nourishing Papaya Extract. It’s gentle enough for people with sensitive skin to use, and also good for those with normal skin. I have been using the micellar water for 2 weeks to cleanse my face at night. Some days I used makeup, other days my skin was makeup free. I followed the product recommendations for use. I moistened a white cotton pad with the micellar water, then pressed the pad against my skin, and gently wiped away from my skin. Even on the makeup free days, there was a lot more on the used pads than I expected. It is super easy to use with no-rinsing required, and it is also safe to use around the eyes. I didn’t have any dryness, and my skin feels clean and refreshed after using the micellar water. I was very happy with the results, and recommend Garnier SkinActive Micellar Gentle Peeling Water.

I like how it doesn’t sting my eyes when I remove my eye makeup, unlike other makeup remover products I’ve used. A couple cotton pads of the product remove a majority of my makeup, I usually go in a few more times to get the hard-to-get-off product such as glitter but other than that it works amazing. I typically wear lighter makeup so it worked well for me. The water aspect makes it very refreshing and leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean. I definitely will be purchasing this product again!

It contains 1% PHA and glycolic acid. It cleanses my skin like I'm used to but adds a very gentle exfoliation property to the mix. I really enjoy the way this feels on the skin and I like the thought that it's gentle while still exfoliating my skin, especially when I haven't been feeling great and didn't feel like using my entire skin routine. The before and after are from just two weeks of use. I can really tell the difference, especially in the way my skin feels to the touch. I Took the Garnier skinactive micellaire water with me to cancun. It cleanses and removes makeup as it exfoliates your skin. No rinsing, no rubbing, as you can see in the pic. Half my face still has makeup and half I used this product on. As you can see still some pigment on my eyes but overall did a good job.

But once I received this All-in-1 Micellar Gentle Water - I am a changed person!! I just dampen a cotton pad and swipe my eyes and lips - and to my surprise its all off - my all day mascara and long-lasting lipstick gone!! So easy to use and the product smells great - a very lite floral scent. Definitely will be an item I keep on hand to use daily.
