Q: Hi! What is the timeframe of when the surge protection expires? What does it mean when it disconnects power to the surge protector and how will I know? Thanks!
A: Hello Sou, thank you for your question. There is no specific time frame, it all depends on the amount/size of surges it absorbs. The technology will not allow power to run through the surge protector once all protection has expired and that's how you will know it has expired because none of your devices will be powered by this item anymore.

Q: I only see two things plugged into this? When I get something like this it's like I can't plug things in side by side, they don't fit. Will they fit in this one? So it's not like you get six?
A: Hi Pi, thank you for your question. The outlets are spaced for standard sized plugs on this charging station. If you are using larger adapter-style plugs, they may occupy multiple outlets. If you have any further questions, please feel free to give us a call between the hours of 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday at 1-800-654-8483. Thank you.
