Q: Once opened can the container be put back in the fridge ? And for how long before tossing?

A: Hello Irma- thanks for reaching out! If you feed directly from the container, discard any unused portion. This will limit baby’s saliva coming in contact with the food which could result in watery, less appealing product remaining in the container. If you know one tub is too large for your baby, spoon out the desired portion into another dish for feeding and refrigerate the unused portion to enjoy later. Still have questions? A: Great question! This stage is for little ones who are at least 4 months of age and meeting proper milestones :) We recommend this to be for little one's just starting on foods.

I was so excited to feed my 6 month old these baby food and all of it was expired in September and we are in the middle of October . I don't feel safe giving my child this . This is the second time I brought something online from target and they send me expired stuff.

I bought this kit as soon as the pediatrician gave the ok for my daughter to start solids. These are the perfect consistency and amount for babies starting solids. It even contains a chart to keep track of baby’s reaction to solids.

Always check baby food before feeding it to babies. Even if expiration date hasn’t passed. The Peas in this assortment had gone bad. Not sure why. Date hadn’t passed.

Texture was on point for her to swallow easily. There seems to be many options when it comes to flavors. Luckily my son is not a picky eater ( at least not yet) so it was also nice to have more than one container of each flavor readily available. I also like the plastic containers as I feel glass jars are a waste.

I was positively thrilled to see that this isn’t something that has a shelf life of years and therefore potentially packed full of preservatives. This is a must buy :)
