I had my last straightener for almost 15years and when it died on me, I was so sad. But then I found this one and it’s PERFECT! I have wavy-ish hair and sometimes I need to go over pieces multiple times with “cheaper” straighteners, but with this one, I can straighten my hair on 10-15min and my hair is medium thickness and medium-long length! The heat up time is literally 5 seconds, it doesn’t get too hot as to not burn your hair (has an auto-set temp) and comes with a little silicone cover for the heated portion to keep it closed once you are done using it to travel! Highly recommend this straightener to anyone!

It did not work as well as the 800 number for help which never would answer. I feel as if this product is a knock-off after researching to find that Target is not an authorized seller of ghd flat irons. I returned the item to the store.
