This Ghirardelli white chocolate is just amazing! It’s really tasty and perfect for baking. When I add it to cookies or cakes, it gives the desserts a nice creamy flavor. The chocolate chips melt, but still hold their shape, adding both texture and flavor. The price for such a product is quite reasonable, especially considering its quality. This isn’t just any chocolate, it’s a real premium product, and you can tell it’s made with good ingredients. I’m really happy with the purchase and will definitely use it for more desserts. Highly recommend👍

They are alright. They aren’t the best white chocolate chips but they also aren’t bad.

Love these baking white chocolates. They melt and temper easily leaving a rich, smooth and shiny chocolate. The packaging is light but sturdy. Great for melting in a hot coffee drink or baking.

Purchased to make white chocolate pretzel rods. Instructions for melting on pkg via microwave, worked great! Just dipped pretzels in it and put on parchment paper, sprinkled with colored sugar. Came out really great, excellent texture and flavor.

I used them to make cookies and they came out amazing. My son loves them. They have the perfect amount of sweetness and are great to just eat on their own.

These chips are NOT real white chocolate! Beware. True white chocolate is still chocolate bc the dairy has cocoa butter. These chips used to be genuine white chocolate, they are NOT anymore. The taste is sour and phlegmy. Buy the white chocolate bar by Ghirardelli,— most cases, just look up on the same aisle— really delicious. These chips are just oils, dairy, and lecithin— just oily sweetened dairy chips Sad.

I used these white chocolate chips to make matcha white chocolate cookies and they were so good and sweet! I would definitely buy these again when I'm baking.

Not a fan of white chocolate, to be honest, but these chips don't even have any relationship to the cacao bean that all chocolate comes from. They are made from palm kernel oil. You can research the devastating environmental impact of that oil if you wish, but if you're looking for white chocolate chips that derive from cacao beans, these ain't it.

Tastes great and melts well! I tried melting these chips and the Ghirardelli white chocolate bar for comparison, and they both turned out great. Microwave on 50% power until melted! About 1.5 min for half the bag. I dipped pretzels in the melted chocolate for the perfect sweet and salty treat.

Not a fan of the recipe including a large amount of veggie oil, but the taste and heat tolerance makes it great for cookies 🍪.

These white chocolate chips are DELICIOUS. However, I was using them to melt to put on pretzels and they wouldn’t quite melt down to smooth. But the taste is the best and I can’t find a better white chocolate chip out there

I made really good cranberry, pecan and white chocolate cookies they were excellent!

These chips are great for making cookies or adding to brownies or muffins. They have a good chocolate taste and melts well when added to cookies or brownies. They are also good to eat right from the bag.

I used some to make cookies and some to melt and drizzle on strawberries. Both were delicious! The chips stayed quite formed in the cookies which is how I like most chocolate chips in cookies. As for the melting, they melted pretty well, but not entirely smooth. The flavor was great in both & I will definitely buy these again!
