The flavor is not great. Doesn’t mix well and is foamy/a little thick and just a weird texture. Not smooth like normal protein powder. I tried it three times just to make sure. I mix it with oatmilk(even tried it with water) then add it to my coffee and still couldn’t drink it. Drinking it straight was a NO.

First time trying Ghost. I think the smell is great the flavor is good, my issue is I use protein powder and mix it in my coffee - this Ghost protein does not mix well and it constantly feels like there is dry mix in my sips. Leaves a bad after taste too. I was also surprised at price point vs serving size. I’ll be going back to premier

Just a bit too sweet. Mixing with cold brew helps a lot. Not sure I'd buy again, but if you have a sweet tooth, this would be perfect.

WHOA! Just like a Cinnabon tastes, but without the calories and has the bonus of 25 grams of protein! Only 1 gram of sugar, and 1 gram of fat, this is an outstandingly delicious drink!! I mix it with a low fat milk using a stick coffee frother purchased on Amazon for $6 and the results are a creamy delight! I drink this cold and as an evening treat warmed in the microwave. I've even tried it on my 9 and 12 year old niece and nephew and now my sis has a way to get more protein into picky eaters and they feel like they've had a dessert! Win-win!!

It was my first time trying the Ghost whey protein, so I decided to try this flavor and other flavors that were in stock at the store. I mixed it with unflavored almond milk and it tasted just like a cinnamin roll. Delicious. The scoop was right at the stop so that was a nice surpise. The container appeared to be filled up to about 60% of the way though when I opened it. I wish there were more servings for the price, but I'll still give 5 stars since it's the best tasting whey protein I have tried so far.
