We LOVE Ghost protein powders but this one does not taste like Oreo and more so just an unflavored protein powder which we’ve tried so know the comparison. I would not recommend this flavor unless you’re looking for a very light flavor.

I’ve always tried ghost protein powder but for the first time I went for the Oreo Flavor. It’s not exactly my favorite. I will continue to use the Cinnabon one. That one I was able to add to everything. My smoothies, oatmeal, and just regular drink. Oreo doesn’t really taste so good and I don’t like huge cookie chunks. But it’s still good.

I’m a sucker for good packaging. But a good way to never have a returning customer is by not putting an equal amount of effort in the product itself. Protein powders have been around far too long for them still to taste like crappy artificial sugar. Great idea, poor execution.

I will admit I had high hopes for this powder and was met with a great amount of disappointment. This protein powder was very bland and tasted watered down, I honestly feel like I would get a better result from using a cheap vanilla protein powder and just adding in some Oreos

Right now, you should order this, the Fage 0% plain yogurt, and the Good & Gather Cookies and Cream Granola. Mix a heaping scoop of protein with 3/4 cup of yogurt and sprinkle with 1/3 cup of the granola. The best high protein snack I've ever had - tastes like Oreo pudding. It's coming in at 380 calories and 47 grams of protein and 4 grams of fat. At first, I took 2 stars off for value because I'm not convinced protein powder needs to cost this much but added a star back because of the ingenious way Ghost ships the scoop wedged at the top so you don't have go go digging for it.

The taste was super underwhelming- especially for something that has Oreo smacked on the label. The only difference between this and any other cookies and cream-ish protein powder is the chunks of cookie in it… which is are just kinda weird. On top of that, it has a Prop 65 warning, which I wish I’d noticed before purchasing. Who wants to supplement with carcinogens and not even enjoy the flavor? If you do, I guess… buy this? 1 star for a cute ghost on the label and just providing protein like every other protein powder.

This stuff is delicious!! It’s smooth and mixes great, not chalky or clumpy at all, unlike other powders I’ve tried. The little bits of cookie are a yummy addition, and the shake is creamy even if you use water instead of milk—but milk obviously tastes better and gives more protein. This tastes like the real thing! Soooo good!
