Why did you change the microfin on the Gillette Fusion 5? These new ones are not good. I have been using your products for 20 years. I fell in love with the Gillette Fusion 5 as soon as it hit the market, and I have been extremely satisfied with it; it always delivered exactly what you advertised—a smooth shave. The new microfin that you replaced the original ones with are bad! My skin remains irritated, the shave is no longer as smooth as it used to be, and I can feel stubble on my face during the day, which I have never experienced before! Please, whose idea was it to change the microfin? Bring back the original product to the market. These new microfin are a huge disappointment!"

Let me start this by saying I as a woman have been using these for my body since 2004. I found that Men’s razors work better. So I know a thing or two about these razors. Up until a few months back they were still the best around! Unfortunately I started getting razor burn on my legs, dragging and bumps because the blades don’t cut as well! They don’t get close enough like the old design. That’s a shame because these were the only razors I have used for 20 years. I have never found a closer shave. So so sad

Be assured that with our numerous quality and safety checks, this isn't what we expect, so we ask that you please discontinue using the blades you have on hand. As a shaving veteran, we're sure you know this already, but we recommend you exfoliate your skin first, apply a pre-shave, use warm water, and shave against the grain using light and gentle strokes. If you feel the blades start to dull, we recommend changing the blade to a new one. This should help with the bumps, razor burn, and get you smooth results. However as this isn't something we take lightly, we'd like to make a detailed report to our Quality and Safety Team and help. Please call us at 800-445-5388.

I try to buy these by the bunch, whenever they're on sale! This is my husband's favorite & preferred razor to use for his bald head. P.S. When discarding the used razors, please place them in a ziploc bag or hard container so that when their in the landfills, they don't cut anyone/anything.

I've been using Gillette since I started to shave and I am 71. All other razors shredded my face. I tried a high end electric razor, one time. I had little tiny cuts on my face and it hurt. Gillette or I grow a beard!

As you can imagine, we don't expect our ProGlide blades to last only about a week. On average, they should last around a month worth of shaves so long as you trim the hair down first and when using warm water and a shave prep.
