Gillette Mach3 men's razor refills are designed for a classic close shave with comfort and precision. This is the only razor I've ever had where the cartridges would not click on the handle. The design is just miserably poor. I've decided to pitch it and the remaining refills in the trash

I bought a pack at Christmas and ever blade I have used only lasts 3 shaves before being dull.I have noticed the product is declining. Is the blades made out of cheaper grade of material?

Over the past 6 months to a year, the blades are NOT the same blades that my husband had. I tried the blades my husband had and they worked well enough that I bought a Mach3 razor. Since buying new blades over the past 6 months to a year, the blades do NOT shave close to the skin, and go dull after 2 or 3 shaves. Although as a female, I'm shaving a lot more areas, the blades shouldn't dull after two shavings. The only thing I like is that the moisture strip doesn't get slimy like many other razor blades that have a moisture strip.

constantly getting cuts on face. every time I use a new one, my neck bleeds everywhere. I have scars and cuts on my face. this happened even after I decided to forget about a close shave. these used to give a much closer shave without these problems. as others have said, something has changed about this product, and for the worse.

I have used these blades for many years and always been good sharp blades, however over the past year seem very dull right out of the package. Very disappointed, and shopping for a new sharp alternative razor

I have tried all the other blades out there,4 blade,5 blade shavers and have always come back to the Mach 3 shaver,it has always provided a consistent close,smooth head shave.If you are looking for a great shaver to shave your head,Mach 3 is the best out there hands down!!

I have been using these blades for the past 15 years, if not longer when they were originally called Mach 3 Turbo. They provide a very good shave at a fair price (could be lower of course). True, your 5 blade razors are better. But they are very pricey. For the record: these razors are superior to other manufactures especially Harry's Razors which boast 5 blades. Yes...these 3 blades provide a better shave than Harry's 5 blade razors. All in all...I am very satisfied with your products...shaving creams as well.

Have been using Gillette blades since long and quality of Mach is superb.Frankly due to soft skin, one blade lasted about 45 to 50 shaves.Best blade I have ever used.

With quality being at the forefront of everything we do, be assured this isn't the quality we expect. You see, we use top-grade steel and a special coating to make your blades last longer, and cut better, so it may be possible the ones you received aren't up to the quality standard you know and love. However, just be sure you're trimming the hair down first and using a pre-shave and warm water. Facial hair can be as tough as copper wire, so this softens it and doesn't put as much wear and tear on the blades. For further help, we ask that you please call us at 800-445-5388.

Pitiful longivity is WHAT you can expect nowadays with Gillete Mach 3 refills. Been loyal to this brand & particular blade since it's release in mid 1998, however, I can no longer expect them to deliver a crisp smooth shave after 1 or 2 uses as before. Yeah I get it, I'm getting OLD & things change but .... I'm very systematic with using warm water to cleanse / clean the blades before setting them to dry face up in the razor stand. There is a lot of joy when shaving with a NEW blade but forget that experience after the 2nd. shave & that alone raises the cost of using them out of my bathroom entirely. They just simply don't last very long anymore !!!

For now, trim your beard before use, continue to use warm water, apply a pre-shave, and shave against the grain.
