Q: What is the height of the king bed frame headboard? I've noticed all the Glenwillow Home beds do not have the height of the headboards listed.

I bought this bed thinking that if it was from Target it would be good quality, don't get me wrong, the bed is really nice and looks great. Stability wise and structure it's really bad, quality is very subpart. Slats are already bowed and started bending after 5min of laying on it. Some slats have cracks on it to start with and the entire bed is sagging low because of the bad support. I need to return this bed, cannot continue to sleep on it. Got on a call twice with Target support and was left "on hold" for 20 minutes or so, got in a chat 3 times and was also placed on hold. Only one person was able to "help". They asked me to take the bed either to UPS drop off or target, this is a 45"x80x" box that weighs 150 pounds or so, where would I be able to fit this? I don't own a truck. So they offered me $15 gift card for my troubles...I do t want a gift card just to return this bed, can't I get a pickup scheduled? Is that worth more than loosing a client over a poor quality bed?
