I took it for about 2 months. Yes, it helped with my joint pain I’ve developed since starting practicing yoga more frequently. For which I give it 2 stars. BUT caused terrible insomnia!! As soon as I stopped taking it, could get to sleep normally again.

I have been taking this for about a month and I’ve seen a noticeable decrease in pain in my problematic big toe. I have had Hallux Limitus for a few years now in my right big toe and this seems to be helping more than anything else I’ve done over the last few years. Note: I am a Target team member.

This is the first time using anything like this, I am 43 and my hands and fingers have been getting so stiff during the night so I thought I would give it a try, I am happy to say that after only 2 weeks they are already starting to feel a little better. The serving size is 2 tablets but I have only been taking 1 at dinner time, I am on the smaller side (5'1", 120 lbs) so I don't always take the full dose of anything unless I need to.
