I got these since it says to take 1 pill daily unlike the other multi vitamins that say take 4 daily. However, it is huge and I have a hard time swallowing it (and I take a lot of pills even big ones every day). It also has an unpleasant taste with smell. They don't seem to upset my stomach. I take it with my coffee in the morning. Ordering them was an ordeal as well. Once they are gone I will not be reordering.

I purchased this vitamin for the first time and I did not like them at all. First, the pill is very large. Second, the pills smell very bad and it was not just this one bottle. I purchased three bottles at once because of a sale that GNC was having. I will not be purchasing these vitamins again. By the way, the smell is overwhelming!!!

I feel much better overall with these vitamins vs other brands and notice the difference in my skin and hair where it seems healthier which keeps me happy because I can see that the vitamins are working!

They are ok but I do prefer capsules over tablets. Another thing is too. I noticed on the bottle it states that it can cause cancer and reproductive harm, I personally do not like to take stuff that states it can cause you some kind of cancer. If I had realized it said that on there prior to purchase, I would have not purchased these vitamins, so I am going to probably discontinue, taking them and find some thing else. In my opinion, I really would not recommend these vitamins.

I really love the vitamins it gives. I gave it 3 stars because I choke on the pills because they are so big. I've tried cutting them in half and I still choke. Maybe make them a wee smaller and take 2 then.

Over the years, I have tried so many different brands of multivitamins. None of which I could say worked for me, this product is entirely different. It actually works, my body is able to digest it, without no side effects of nausea; like the previous pills I have taken. My body does feel more alert, and energized. I'm still in the early stages of using it, but I know for a fact, it has made a huge difference for my body. Con: the pill is a little big, but can be swallowed, also; make sure to eat a good balanced breakfast before taking it.
