The flavor of recieved was the cherry, lime, and raspberry. I was not sure how that flavor combo was going to taste, but it was actually pretty good. I may have to try the other flavors as well. I like that it is easier to"drink" when resorting electrolytes then electrolytes drinks, no salty taste.

The texture is very similar to the regular gogo squeeze so also the packing is the same version, easy to bring with you. About the effectiveness one is not enough to have a result but the ingredients are very good

The strongest flavor is the lime. Has a tart after taste. I cannot write about the electrolytes as it was just one package but I do like that its an added benefit. This product is not loaded with sugar so I love that as a snack alternative for the littles. Would definitely purchase.
