Q: Can you taste/detect the sodium at all? I haven’t been able to find an electrolyte drink (or powder you add to water) that I like (or that I can tolerate!) because they all taste way too salty. Wondering if these might be a good alternative

The pineapple and orange flavor I feel like are more clear than the strawberry but it’s still delicious. The texture is similar to the normal applesauce ones as well.
It has a citrus like taste that’s taste great.

I like that it’s purely made from concentration with no added sugar so I know that it’s made from real fruit. Plus it has electrolytes which is great for hydration so I get to have my favorite snack with extra health benefits. This is definitely great as a pre workout snack. I definitely felt a little energized and ready to continue with the rest of my day without feeling tired. When I eat, I usually feel tired afterwards but not with this one. I’d definitely buy a pack of these. Highly recommend.

The taste was GREAT and I loved that the consistency was like apple sauce. It's a great snack on the go or in-between meals for children or adults. I have purchased all flavors several times since trying this. The fruit blend with electrolytes is perfect if I'm not feeling well or need a boost or jist want something great tasting to snack on. I have told everyone I know about these and will definitely continue to keep them in my daily snack routine!
