Q: If this product accidentally enters the eye does it cause a burning sensation or cause the eyes to water?

submitted by Patti - 3 months ago

Q: is this safe for teens?

submitted by RileeB - 4 months ago
  • A: Teens typically don't need to use eye creams on their eyes, as signs of aging like fine lines and dark circles don't usually appear on the skin until they are around their 20s. It is also very important to consider the teen's individual skin type and condition, as hormonal changes during this stage in life can possibly make their skin more sensitive and prone to irritation.

    Poor Packaging

    Sunshine_State - 2 days ago, Verified purchaser
While the product is fair, my primary concern is the tube. After a few uses the paint peels off and the tube cracks in multiple places. I usually have flecks of yellow paint around my eye after using. Also, the product leaks out of the cracks. Please re-consider the tube concept.

Just want to start with saying that I have never gotten dermatitis or had an allergic reaction to skin care products in the past. I ended up getting dermatitis from this product which resulted in a doctor visit because of how bad it was. I didn't notice immediate dryness or concern otherwise I would have discontinued use. It's been a week and a half. This product ended up drying out my under eyes and eyelids so bad. If you are to use this product I would be very careful.

I used this eye gel for 5 weeks before reviewing so I could see how it worked for me. I'm in my mid 40s and my signs of aging are all in my eye area, especially under eyes. I have fine lines, darkness, and puffiness, and it creates a tired look in the morning. This gel did help "wake up" the eye area. It reduces puffiness and brightened the area. But it also drying, created a rough texture inner under eye, darker circles, and deepened my fine lines instead of plumping them as claimed. I think it may work if you only have puffiness or skin isnt sensitive.

It works! I have horrible dark circles and bags under my eyes from chemo years ago which has only gotten worse through the years. This works SO well. I use the under eyes patches at night and then this in the AM. I still have dark circles but much less evident without the puffiness/bags! Thank you!!

This literally did nothing for me. I mean at least it’s cheap but it had no effect on my eyes. If you have dry under eyes or eye bags I wouldn’t recommend. Cocokind makes a good eye cream the packaging isn’t the best on that one though.

There’s not one part of this that is good, I applied a SMALL amount under both my eyes last night, which already felt like a waste since so much comes out of the tube at once, it felt slimey and sticky but I thought whatever I’m just going to bed, I woke up and it looks like I got jumped in my sleep, I don’t think my eyes have ever been this swollen, I could barely open them because of that and the stickiness that never went away, and it’s red all around. I don’t normally have sensitive skin either.

I’m a big fan of Good Molecules products and had high hopes for this eye gel. Unfortunately it irritated my eyes on the first night. The gel felt nice while applying but when I woke up the next day my under eyes were puffy and itchy. I don’t find my skin to be overly sensitive either so this just did not work out for me. Will have to return.
