Since getting the GoodCook BestBake cookie sheet, my cookie skills have improved tremendously. I like the diamond texture and the thickness of the cookie sheet. I think both things combined make the cookies bake evenly all around. Since getting this cookie sheet, I have made several batches of my now "perfect" cookies. I am truly impressed with how well this cookie sheet works, and I will definitely purchase another one in order to make bigger batches. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight and easy to handle. Baking sheet did not deform and high heat. The ridges will be good for cookies but will not work for Swiss rolls. Nonstick surface seems easy to clean and cooled off rather quickly once out of the oven.

It’s a perfect size 11”x17” and we have used it already for a few batching of cookies! Cleaning was a breeze, since it’s textured it becomes extra non stick with great heat distribution when cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cookie sheet is cute. I likes the style and color. But it lacks some good sheet pan qualities. Even when using nonstick spray and parchment paper the metal gets stained so easy. It’s so hard to clean too. I wasn’t impressed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a former pastry chef, I can be a little particular about the tools I use in my home kitchen. This pan did not disappoint, and I'm actually quite pleased with it across several benchmarks. Right out of the packaging it felt weighty and solid, which I appreciated. The bronze color is also a nice touch. I also enjoyed that the size is slightly bigger than conventional baking sheets. I thought cookies would be the perfect thing to make to see what this pan had to offer and it was a good call. I was able to see by the bottoms of the cookies that the pan excels in the even dispersal of heat, which is vital. I did use parchment for the cookies but later made a one-pan meal of chicken and vegetables which needed no cooking spray not to stick. Though substantial, the baking sheet isn't unwieldy and still fits in my dishwasher so I'm happy. From someone who has worked with many of the best kitchen tools on the market, I give this pan a very enthusiastic 5 stars.

It was extremely easy to wash because of this. Also was nice that the sheet did not warp when in the oven like our other pans do. It will be replacing my current baking sheet and we will be buying another one soon!

The baking sheet has ridges that helps with air flow and I can tell it works by how well it cooked the wings. First thing out of the box I was very impressed by its weight and sturdiness. It is extremely sturdy and well-made. I used to bake some garlic bread and also to bake some cookies which baked very evenly all around. It was very easy to clean and food releases easily from the textured and non-stick surface. The size of the pan is great to cook multiple items, roasting vegetables and much more. Extremely satisfied with this product and definitely recommend.
