I made cookies in here and it came right off, also burned some cheese on the while making pizza and it didn't even stick. Definitely would purchase this in the future.

It feels like it will last a long time based on how heavy and sturdy it is. It’s easy to wash because the water doesn’t get trapped on the fold over part underneath. It baked my cookies perfectly, which makes me super happy.

It did bend when it was in the oven so that was annoying, I don’t know if my pan was defective or not but I’ve had this issue with other pans before.

The heat is even throughout the whole pan! This man is amazing! My only issue is some water traps under the handle like areas and rusty water comes out. So be best to dry evenly then flip over to let water out. Definitely will be finding more pans like this!

The pan is a decent size and fit 12 of my cookies with no problem. Also the pattern on the pan promotes airflow that allows for even heating.

The recipe didn’t require spraying the pan so I did not. I put the dough directly on the sheet, cooked the cookies the lowest cooking time and they were perfect. They popped right off the pan. The clean up was simple and easy. I need a few more of these pans.

If you look at the clip, you can see and hear the "bumps" all over it. These help the heat to better distribute throughout the pan. This is key to decent cookies. Last night, I decided to try making steak using this pan. They tuned out really well. The slightly raised bumps really made a difference here.
