[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This goodcook 3QT sauce pan with lid is a nice pan. It's light weight ( great for a camper ) extremely nice stay cool handle so you can easily grip while cooking for helping whip and stir, also making it easy to pour. The lid is very nice also with a stay cool lid handle for easy on and off. The lid has a steam hole helping vent and preventing some over boiling. The bottom of this pan is slightly ridged to keep in in place on your stove. It heats up quickly. The bottom isn't overly thick so it can keep heat a bit longer and the heat is a bit more direct on your food so you need to watch and stir not to burn or scorch what your cooking. This pan is non stick coated so it is very easy to clean and dry (even if you do scorch or burn what your cooking.) Over all lightweight, non stick, pretty nice pan.

The pan itself is really strong, and feels rather durable. The small hole in the lid is hopeful when you need to vent out some steam

The handle is sturdy riveted on. Clean up is a breeze. I also love that it can be washed in the dishwasher. Looks nice sitting on my stove top.

I used it to make my rice and we make it a certain way with olive oil and it often burns to the bottom just a bit but this was swiping right up off the bottom. It cooked evenly, and it was so easy to clean because of the material of the pan. It was big enough for multiple cups of rice. When I would pour water in it to clean and pour it out, there wouldn’t even be droplets of water left behind. Would run right off. Very nice.

It truly is non-stick, it works perfect for pastas or any texture that requires non-stick surface. My tortellini did not stick on the surface, unlike my other pans! The 3qt capacity is perfect for so many recipes. Held a dozen eggs to boil really easily. It has a light to medium weight so not heavy at all. Hand washed well.

There is no sticking to the bottom of the pan, which I absolutely love. There is little to no mess using this pan. I love that there is a top to the pan to keep everything in the pan. The heat stays perfectly in the pan and cooks my food fully.
