I have been gluten free for almost 10 years and have tried many different pastas over the years. I was very impressed with the fact that these did not get mushy in my recipe and they tasted good too. I will be buying this again and trying some of the other shapes and the mac and cheese.

I love this pasta so much! I am gluten intolerant and it doesn’t make my stomach hurt! It tastes different obviously, but you can’t even tell the taste when seasoned or topped with sauce. It’s very healthy for you, and it doesn’t leave me with a tummy ache or a double chin lol! Chick pea pasta is disgusting, but this pasta is like finding gold!

I used these noodles to make "mac"&cheese and they worked perfectly! Thanks to their shape, they held onto the cheese sauce well and maintained a nice texture. I also used them for garlic butter noodles and they taste great even with minimal sauce.

Incredible gluten free pasta. Higher in protein than traditional gf pasta due to the chickpea and pea flour, but it doesn’t taste like or have the texture of 100% chickpea pasta, which I am not a fan of. These are soft but not mushy, taste great, and are such a fun shape. We made homemade Mac and cheese with these and it was a hit.
