Green screen in not even a year. Very bad product.

Hello there. We're sorry to know that your Nest Hub (2nd Gen) has a green screen. Let's attempt the subsequent steps: Hold down the Nest Hub's two volume buttons for 10 seconds. A sound will be produced by the assistant to confirm the reset. Check to see whether the screen problem continues after it has restarted. Verify the power source: Use the original power adapter and make sure your Nest Hub is hooked into a functional outlet. Contact our support team following these steps: Type "google nest support" in your browser's search bar. Click or tap on "Contact Us - Google Nest Help. Choose your Google Nest HUB (2nd Gen) Briefly describe the problem you're having with Nest Aware. Select "Other." Follow the remaining steps on the form. Our specialists will be happy to assist you further.

Don't waste your money. I bought this a few months ago to help me cook in the kitchen, only for them to remove the cooking feature a few weeks ago. It was literally the only reason I got it so now it is useless. They removed a bunch of other features too. The only thing I can really do with it now is play music. Please do not buy

I've owned many Google devices over the years and have loved them, though this was my first time purchasing the Nest Hub. After a couple months of using it, it's been really laggy and non-responsive. I put it in the kitchen to display recipes while I cook, but that function has become pretty much obsolete to me. I can't find recipes even though I've added them to my list, and googling them on there is a painfully slow process. Now it sits in my kitchen as a glorified speaker which I use my phone to control.

Command: set Sensi to 70 display: set Scentsy to 70 response: don't understand Yet, when I say "set thermostat to 70", reply: setting Sensi to 70. Also seems that Hub changes Sensi settings/schedules... can use Alexa to set tempurature or Emerson app can set temp to number... but Nest Hub changes temp to different number... doesn't seem to 'like' odd numbers like 69 or 67... changes to 68 or 66. Have had to remove Sensi from Google Nest Hub to get temp to set to number.schedule that I want. Don't know if this is an issue with other thermostats, but was REAL problem with Sensi. PS. most online instructions are for former version of app and current Google instructions are lacking. Had to 'play' with three different 'lighting settings' in app to get display set correctly.
