[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently used an Android so I found Pixel to be very untuitive. Setting up the phone was easy...just follow steps on the screen. Transferring data from one phone to another was quick. My primary use for phones is texting, photos, and social media. I had no issues with any of those features aside from photos. I can only get 2 ratios for taking pictures. It won't allow me to take square photos which I opt for the most. Otherwise, the camera is quite nice with various editing features. Battery life is on par with my S22. Lasts a few days with minimal use or a couple days with regular use. The design itself is sleek and easy to hold. I do wish the power button was more midl8ne as that's where I'm used to using it. I also wish there was a back button vs swiping. Overall, I do plan on switching service providers soon so the Pixel will come in handy. I don't think I'll have issues getting fully used to it aside from the couple of issues outlined above.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone works pretty well. I am used to Andoid phones, so it is definitely taking some time to get used to this Google phone. The camera on this phone works well. Great feature for taking self-education by waving your hand in front of the camera and setting a timer. The phone is bigger than the Samsung S23 that I had, so it is very bulky in comparison.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is the top of the line when you want a great phone, But not spending you hard earned money for those flagship ones. The battery lasted threw the day with alot left over and charging was quick. The camera was up there with others in its line. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but for a balanced phone for half the the competitions price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Google Pixel 8 (128GB) in Obsidian color was given to me for free in exchange for my honest review. PROS: * Beautiful sleek design with Gorilla cover glass back * Lightweight and compact * Fast charging (USB C) more than 50% in 30mins and it has wireless charging * Has fingerprint AND face unlock * Million of camera features and post AI correction * IP68 dust and water resistant !! * You get all Google and OS updates first ! And all the apps are already in the phone and linked with the email from the first set up! CONS: * Fingerprints are noticeable on the surface * Face unlock is 2D not 3D * No extended optical zoom for camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from a Samsung Galaxy s20 to the Google pixel 8 courtesy of a free product from influenster. This phone seems definitely like an upgrade, but there are some new features I really love. My biggest thing was that past phones all had the battery life decline. One of my favorite features of the Google pixel 8, which might be part of other phones as well, is the adaptive charging. When I set an alarm for 7:00 a.m. and plug my phone in overnight, it slowly charges to have 100% battery by 7:00 a.m.. The slow charge supposedly reduces the damage on battery life. It's nice to know it's extending the battery life and I will still always wake up with 100% battery. I've noticed other cool features like swiping left to go back, but the settings are also very easily changed to what works best for me. I'm writing this using voice to text and that is a game changer. Again, found in many other phones, but it seems more accessible and improved in the Google pixel 8. Since this was free for testing, I cannot speak to the price of the phone, but I was looking to upgrade to a pixel as my next phone regardless, due to the high performance and lower cost than other brands. It was very easy to switch my data and storage to the new phone using Gmail and other Google features. The camera automatically switches settings, which is good for me because I am not a camera pro. The quality of the camera seems great, but again I might not be the best person to judge that feature. Really easy fingerprint detection, and an increased sensitivity option if you're using a screen protector!

Amazing camera. Everything else was not great. The phone was warm to the touch most of the time when doing really basic tasks. Trying to edit a simple video for social media caused the phone to freeze and be unresponsive. Not worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The google pixel 8 is one of the best phones I've owned. It has the best features and it's really customizable. There are different ways to make your phone fit what you like. The pixel has some of the best photo taking abilities I've ever seen! I think the google pixel 8 is something to invest in for yourself aka personalizing it to who you are. Be connected with your phone and show who you are with the color options for the phone it's self! Thank you Google!!! 🤗🤗🤗

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Google Pixel 8 phone has so many awesome functions, it's so fast and so clear there is no staging or waiting for it to load. It's the camera is awesome. It has Google A1 and will have you photo editing like a pro. I love the fact that you can take a group picture and if someone isn't smiling or looking at the camera you can replace their headshot with a better version of a picture with them smiling. It also has a magic eraser to get rid of the things that ruin your picture. I can take a picture someone else took and take out the blur. This phone is Amazing. Its sound picture and speed are unmatched in my eyes. I know I will be learning so much more about editing my photos and videos through Google Pixel I'm so excited to learn all the benefits of owning this. You definitely need to give this phone a try it's so Amazing I have nothing but good today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i received this phone curtesy of Influenster for my honest opinion. Pretty cool! And i keep it straight, so here is what I like and dont like and why I ultimately think you should give the Google Pixel a chance. Cool things about the pixel 8 that I’ve utilized: -Has the now playing feature which i loveee cuz it automatically searches songs even when you dont have wifi on. And on the lock screen so u dont have to click anything but u can and it’ll search and list the song and artist. I’m always asking Siri what song is playing and she takes too long some times and I miss the song and Shazam also but this happens instantly most times or can be pressed from my lock screen which is super convenient. As a music lover this is maybe my favorite feature. -Battery share. You can charge your phone or other mag safe compatible devices with the back of the phone which is really cool to me. -The battery stays charged way longer than any other phone I’ve used. Can last almost two days and even longer if you aren’t using it often. My old android phones never last as long. -I love the different photo and video features even though I’m still working them out. Theres a macro feature, a palm to record feature, an un blur even if the picture wasn’t taken on the phone and was sent to you, the night sight is really good, theres a pan feature, and more i hope to figure out. For someone who records a lot its video quality is amazing. -can clear the audio on videos in busy places. Seems great for vloggers. -best take feature helps combine best photos on group photos which is soooo necessary cuz theres never really a perfect group photo with everyone doing their own thing There’s other features as well that Im still getting to know but so far this phone seems ahead of the game. Things I’ve noticed: -Its about the same size and weight as an iphone 12 -has similar features as an iPhone and more advanced features as well. -seems to charge in pretty good time even with adaptable charging What i dont like: -its very sleek which is cute but the backside on the phone where the camera is comes out i think is a little strange without a case on. With a case you dont see the protruding part though it seems a bit strange or unique for a phone case design. I definitely feel better having a case for it in terms of keeping it safe from potential falls or scratches. Thats really the only thing so far. It has compatibility for a lot of iphone features too, even FaceTime calling which I love cuz all my other devices are Apple so theres really not anything to dislike. I may have to look into other Google devices if they have the same compatibilities and price points I might just have to switch up some other devices. Attached video is using night sight. First you see how dim it is when i turn the light off on my iphone 12 and how much brighter it is using night sight on the google pixel 8 in the frame.

The camera on the phone is amazing very clear photos and you can take so very beautiful pictures anytime with this phone. So easy to switch your phone with this device. And even though it feels like weight the phone it self has amazing visual quality on it. Easy to get all your apps and photos switch over . Definitely enjoying the pixel phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had the pleasure of trying out the Google Pixel 8, and I must say, this smartphone has truly left me impressed! As a tech enthusiast who has experienced both iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices, the Pixel 8 stands out as a formidable competitor that holds its own in the ever-evolving world of smartphones. The first thing you notice when you hold the Pixel 8 is its ergonomic design. The phone feels great in the hand, with a sleek and modern aesthetic that is not only visually appealing but also comfortable to use. The attention to detail in the design is evident, making it a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis. Another standout feature of the Pixel 8 is its incredible camera. As someone who appreciates capturing life's moments in stunning detail, the Pixel 8 did not disappoint. The clarity and vividness of the photos and videos taken with this phone are simply unmatched. Even in challenging lighting conditions, the Pixel 8's camera excels, providing clear and crisp images that truly showcase its prowess. The editing capabilities of the Pixel 8 further elevate the photography experience. With intuitive tools and a seamless interface, editing photos on this device is a breeze. Whether you're a professional photographer or someone who simply enjoys enhancing their snapshots, the Pixel 8 caters to a wide range of users with its versatile editing features. I was particularly impressed with the Pixel 8's display. The Actual display is not only clear and vibrant but also remains visible even in direct sunlight. This is a game-changer for those who often find themselves squinting at their screens outdoors. The Pixel 8 ensures that you can enjoy a crystal-clear display no matter where you are. Something else that caught my attention is the Macro Focus capability of the Pixel 8 camera. It brings a new dimension to photography by capturing vivid colors and striking contrast in even the smallest subjects. This feature adds a creative edge to your photography, allowing you to explore and capture the intricate details of your surroundings. I can confidently say that the Google Pixel 8 is the best Android smartphone I have had the pleasure of using. Its combination of sleek design, exceptional camera capabilities, top-notch display, and innovative features like Macro Focus make it a standout device in the crowded smartphone market. I wholeheartedly give the Pixel 8 a perfect 5/5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium Android smartphone experience.

My favorite feature is the camera enhancements including the improved camera features such as better low-light performance, enhanced zoom capabilities, and new shooting modes. The overall display quality is noticeably better with higher resolution, improved color accuracy, and advancements in display technology. Optimizations for better battery efficiency and longer usage on a single charge are provided with this model.

I got a cute case for it and the setup is easy using my Google accounts I definitely recommend this phone. I was also impressed by it's speed. I was a little disappointed in the size compared to my old Motorola but there is still an ease of use.
