I love collecting cookbooks but this is by far my favorite. Gordon / team has put together a fantastic cookbook with a wonderful variety of flavor profiles. Each recipe is kept to simple ingredients (most have 10 or less!) and provides a nutritional breakdown of calories, fat, carbs, protein, etc. Most recipes (90%ish) are accompanied with beautiful pictures, good to know cooking or nutritional tips, and even some pro plating suggestions. I literally read this book from cover to cover and feel excited to make every recipe in this book! ( I cannot say the same for any other cookbook I have) This is a must have for anyone looking for exciting healthy meals.
