Sooo, I've had a chance to use this grill for a minute now. I was a little skeptical because honestly I thought that the G.F. grill was the standard, and also the only one that I've ever used. Now, this one is more compact, seems to deliver as much heat really quickly and EVENLY, as well or better for less $. I was expecting for it to be a weaker version of the grill I've come to know, but NOT AT ALL! It's a well made workhorse of a grill. It has the same fat releasing design, the squeeze the fat out ability and makes those delicious looking grill marks on bread, meat, and veggies! So, I've done the panini that came out wonderful, grilled pork chops, organic grass fed burgers (yum 😋), grilled chicken for my famous chicken parmesan, and a whole bunch of veggies for my neighbor thats NOT vegetarian but is "trying" 🤷to be more healthy. It was a bit surprising, although I should have known from the brand name that it was going to be a quality experience. I'm having less heat and mess in my kitchen lately (because I love to cook but hate to clean the stove) thanks to a couple of these countertop solutions from this Gourmia brand. Plus, they actually look more sophisticated than the other plastic flying saucer looking styles. #singlemansolutions

I've been using the Gourmia Health Griddle for a few days now, and it has already made a huge impact on my college day to day life. The grill and panini maker is my new favorite kitchen gadget! It heats up very quickly and cooks the food evenly. The grill is super easy to use that even my husband can make dinner now! I love the small compact size and only need minimal space on the counter, yet because it cooks rather quickly it takes no time to make two batches of food on it with plenty of food for everyone. The non stick finish allows a healthier way of cooking with no oil needed! The grill is great for burgers, chicken cutlets and grilled vegetables! I haven’t tried it for steak yet, but hope to soon. The removable drip tray is very convenient and allows for mess free cooking. The finishing on the grill makes it very easy to clean and wipe dry. I love making dinner and still having a clean stove top! The compact design fits well in my kitchen cabinet and hardly takes up much space. Highly recommend for anyone who loves quick and delicious meals!

I recently purchased the Gourmia 4-slice griddle and I’m very happy w my purchase! It has a very good minimalist design and the black color and the stainless steel matches perfectly with my kitchen. The toaster gets heated fast and the food is ready very quickly while it’s toasted evenly. It’s the a great toaster for my everyday breakfast. Super easy to keep clean which is a top priority for me.

Recently decided to try this indoor grill/ panini press and it has been a great addition to our kitchen tools! This griddle is the first one I own and is easy to use and clean! The size of the griddle played a big role in my decision to make this purchase as I have limited counter space in my kitchen but this has worked for me perfectly! So far I’ve been able to use it to grill some veggies and make kabobs using this amazing griddle! I have yet to make a panini sandwich or even burgers with it but it’s next on my list!! Although compact , it sure does get the job done and is perfect for indoor grilling. I would recommend this to anyone in the market looking for a griddle as you can’t go wrong with this one!

Love this panini maker! My previous one kept making a big mess and didn’t let the oil drip away nicely. This one has been a dream in terms of cleanliness. We’ve been making grilled cheese sandwiches and grilled veggies for dinner and my kids love it. I also really enjoy that it was designed to work as an indoor grill as well so we can make some burgers and hot dogs indoors during our cold Chicago winters. It runs at a great temperature that gives the burgers great grill-lines without burning the outside or drying-out the inside. The non-stick is also very good. None of my food has been sticking and it has made the cleanup very easy. It’s much cleaner than my outdoor grill. Would highly recommend this device.

This little guy can crank out a supper for a full family or just a single sandwich for an individual. It heats up quick enough to cook two rounds rather fast so using for 8 servings is doable - at the same time is is small enough to whip out for a single quick Panini. I can see this being used very often in a busy family kitchen.

I can use it as a panini maker (which I love) or an actual grill. It’s slightly slanted so it catches all the extra melted fat and grease, therefore healthier food for my kids.
