A: Thanks for your interest in our Soothe My Way Swing! You can use this model for any length of time as long as the child is within the weight and height limits for this model. This model is not meant for safe sleeping and is recommended to be supervised while in use. If the child does fall asleep while using the swing it is recommended to take them out of the swing and place them on a flat firm surface such as a crib or a bassinet. Q: Is there an issue/limitation with the bottom strap and shoulder strap length? I have extended them be as long as possible - but they are too tight for my baby (10 lbs, 22 in). How can we fix this?

A: Thanks for reaching out! The Soothe My Way Swing harness can be adjusted bu using the slide adjuster on the waist and shoulder straps. You can also adjust the shoulder straps using the slotsd on the seat assembly. This information can be found on page 29 of the user manual. We hope this helps! I got the swing as a gift for my baby shower and I really like all the versatility it has! It’s very roomy and comfortable. It has many different options of ways to swing, you can choose for it to go fast or slow, and it also has a vibration setting for the chair. Oh and it does play a couple different songs. Another cool thing is you can take it off and put on the ground as a rocker!

Its standout feature—dual motion without the hassle of manually repositioning—sealed the deal for me, though I’ll admit I mostly stuck to just two of its sixteen options. Pros: The machine-washable cover is a lifesaver, and the fabric feels soft and high-quality—a touch that babies (and moms) appreciate. The color is lovely, and the mobile slides conveniently aside when placing baby inside—a thoughtful design win. Cons: The base turned out bulkier than anticipated, and despite its removable rocker feature, it’s far too heavy to move around easily. If you need something ultra-mobile, I’d suggest skipping this and opting for a compact option like the Baby Bjorn bouncer. We got this swing when my son was just born. I love that the bouncer can detach so you can move it easily. The base is quite large and not so easy to move around so we just use the base in the bedroom and detach the bouncer to use around the rest of the house. Also it has a vibration option on the bouncer so it’s a good little product all on its own! I will say that it’s not a silent swing but so far we haven’t had any loud noises come from the swing. The swing moves fluidly and we really love this swing!

The first one I received was defective so I contacted Graco directly and had to jump through hoops to get a replacement. The second one makes all kinds of noises it shouldn’t and is less than a month old with only a newborn using it. Very disappointed!

I bought this two weeks ago. It makes loud noise while turned on and swaying. Whatever direction it goes still makes loud noise. I thought it would be a quiet swayer.

So disheartening as we love our swing, and all of our Graco products. The review doesn't allow videos to be uploaded, only images. Otherwise I could show the blinking lights. Very disappointing and heart breaking to be honest.

We loved this swing when we first got it. But for some reason after 4 months, the swing will work for 2 minutes just fine then all of the buttons flash, and the swing stops moving. I can't find a solution to get it working again online and have tried several forms.

I bought this swing for my 4th baby as it was compact, cute and loved the motions. My baby is now 4 months old, LOVES her swing and the lights are flashing blue and it won’t move anymore. She is well below the weight limit (12.5 lbs) and we have tried all the reset options. Make no sense that a product coming from a quality company, that is expensive, would fail like this. Extremely disappointing.

This swing has been awesome. We had one for our daughter who is now 2 and bought a second on because we just had twins. You have so many options to set depending on the baby. They always seem comfortable in them and nap easily. A mom and dad's best friend. We also use the seat on the floor without the base.

This swing is perfect! 10/10 recommend to any moms. We love that it has many swing options to choose from. We found the one that best works for our baby to soothe her and the detached rocker easy to take to any room. Looked at many options but this one was the best. Also love that it’s not a bulky swing like many others. Easy to set up and was delivered very fast!
