Q: Is the arm with the hanging toys removable?

A: Yes it is easy to remove, almost too easy. Don't try to lift the seat with the bar as it slides easily out of its socket.

A: It will swing without the music or vibration. I recommend reading reviews as well before purchasing as ours was malfunctioning out of the box and was unsafe when swinging.

To be honest, I didn't try the sounds until today (baby is 5 weeks old) and for some reason I skimmed through them and noticed they have the white noise as an option and it helped soothe the baby!

A: Hi, it will vibrate as long as you put it in vibrate mode.

Q: When converted to the floor bouncer, is there an automatic bouncing feature? Or does it bounce only manually from the floor? Does it play music or vibrate as the floor bouncer?

A: Hi, there is no automatic bouncing feature though it can be rocked manually while on the floor. The music comes from the base of the swing so you can play music from the base if the seat is separated, though it does not come from the seat itself so you will need to keep the seat close by if you want to use that feature while detached.

A: Great question, You can change the direction of the seat with just one hand to keep baby in your sight (and vice versa!). Your little one can sway in 3 different directions.

We got this at the baby shower and it was fine at first but it hasn't played music since my son was 2 months old. Now at 6 months old it will swing for a few minutes and shut itself off and not work again without unplugging it. If I have another kid I'm spending the money for something better.

My daughter’s been using this swing for 2 months now and I have no complaints other than the toy bar can fall right out, it doesn’t snap into place or anything. I wanted this swing specifically because of the duel direction feature, which I loved with my first daughter. The seat cover was hard to get on the seat but it fits properly once you get it on unlike another 1 star review with pics posted. Overall I think it’s a great swing for newborns.

Got this as a gift from our baby shower host. I like the two in one idea. but the seat is poorly design as far as strap locations and seat angle. have to buy extra items such as a power adapter in order for it to work. had to buy several to get it work. next time I'll buy another brand that provides necessary equipment for operation. After buying and finding a power adapter that will work, touch screen is undesirable as it won't work correctly. I have to push up from the bottom to get buttons to work or just turn on. will not buy this brand again or recommend to anyone.

Reviewed this as a shower gift in March of 2021.. used it for my son. It would occasionally shut off and not turn on but overall worked for time being. Just pulled it out for my daughter due next week and it won’t even turn on, just randomly vibrates. Super disappointed

I bought this swing for my son. He used it maybe 4 times and didn't care for it. I packed it back up. 2 years later, I took it out for my daughter who loves to swing. The music plays but the swing won't move. Of course there's no warranty any more after 2 years so you're stuck with a piece of garbage. Save your money.

It seems to have a major design flaw. It's almost as if the straps were sewn on upside down. My newborn can't even fit in it and it doesn't adjust any bigger. We've tried everything! It also sits too far forward, even in the laid back position. The harness is impossible, even for an 8 lb baby. There's no more than a half an inch of space once it's all bucked together. It literally can't be safely used because we can't buckle our son in it. Very disappointed. It's useless and a complete waste of money.

My son loves this swing! He’s used it since newborn. From newborn-2 months I kept it on the 1 speed for soothing. From 2-4 months I used the 2 and 3 speed. The 5 and 6 speed were definitely a little fast so I didn’t use those settings but other than that it’s great. Straps were good and it doesn’t lean at all more towards any side so I love! Felt safe.

Received this swing as a gift for my first kid. Didn't start using it until January 2021. Worked great. Then we put it away. I had another baby and I was excited to use it bc it worked so well for my first. And it doesn't swing slow anymore. I didnt realize it and the swing was going full speed (maybe even faster) and no matter what setting I put it on it would go super fast.

we purchased this swing for my son born mid november. He is 14 pounds now, and has bended the bars flat. maybe we got a dud but from the day we started using it, we noticed it slowly colapses. we have since pulled it up so many times the bars are cracked on the bottom. waste of money and not safe.

The swing is uneven and sways more to the left than the right. The vibrating feature worked for two days and then stopped regardless of new batteries. Sometimes the swing just stops swinging. Disappointing because my son likes it.

I used to love it when baby was still like newborn, the swing motion was very calm for number 1 and 2 settings at that time. After a few months when baby is about 3-4 months, using the swing motion like number 2 or 3, the swing motion became too fast that it seems like the bouncer will go flying and the stand will fall off easily. So, after that incident I stopped using for my baby. This is scary. Then the sound stopped playing as well. I don't know what happened but this is not a good registry gift must haves. It's a waste of money if only you can use it for a short time.

Would not recommend. Not safe for baby. Even on lowest setting swings like crazy. Also turns on and off by itself. Had a lot of problems returning this defective item it to the store.

Debated whether getting this or the mamaroo , went with this swing and it broke in 4 weeks!!! Should have spent the extra $100. It Stopped swinging and made a squeaky noise. Now we just use it for the music which is actually the only good part. The mobile is super annoying and comes off when you accidentally bump it, not to mention baby doesn’t even look at it. It would be better if it was hanging on top and not by his feet

We bought this second hand and it stood up to active family and growing baby the entire time! Washed well, music still plays, swing is very comfy and smooth. Sorry we can't keep baby in it longer (20lbs ).
