It is impossible to tighten the straps on this seat. I have a Graco 4Ever DLX Snuglock seat and bought this seat as a back up for my husbands truck and I dislike the TriRide soooooo much. We've had it for almost a year now and I thought that it would get better with time and use but it has not. I don't feel like my son is even safe in this seat since we can't get the straps to tighten enough.

We bought one for each of our cars. The car seat appears well built and is adjustable for different size children. The installation was as others I've used. The directions are not the easiest to follow. I was grateful for my previous experiences installing them. The cup holders keep falling off. I can't seem to get them to lock in to place.

I wished I would've read the 1 star reviews before buying. I had bought this as a second car seat for my 2nd baby once he grows out of his infant one. We have he graco 4ever dlx that we're currently using for my oldest, which we liked. With this being another graco product we thought it'd be nice too for a fraction of the 4ever. Waste of money. I waited too long to open it and can't return it now. Straps are so hard to pull and adjust. Titling is impossible once installed. Baby/ toddler is put into a rounded, forward position resulting in baby's head to lean forward. This was concerning when baby was asleep as his head would hang forward and possibly restrict breathing. Good thing I got this for under $100 but even then it's $100 I wished I would've used toward another car seat

When inserted rear facing, the seat is impossible to recline. You need to take it out if you need to recline it. The straps were also hard to tighten. Within the first day of use we put it back in the box and returned it.

Not the easiest to install but there is definitely a way to secure it very tightly. Watch the video on the manufacturers website for clearer instructions. Once I tightened it down after watching the video this thing won't move at all. The tricky part now will be removing it.

Bought this as an extra car seat for my toddler. Really like that is rear faces till 40” - that’s a must for us. The price point was much cheaper than our other car seat (Chicco). It’s also way lighter so it’ll be good for flying. The only negative is I don’t think the fabric and padding is as nice as the chicco one we have. Install was easy (saw some reviews saying it was hard and I was worried but I had no problems installing using the seat belt). Definitely a good car seat for the price point.

I typically don’t post reviews, but this is truly the worst car seat ever. I purchased this under the impression. It was the same quality as the same car seat. I purchased four years ago for my oldest. This one is complete trash. Insert is way too big, doesn’t support babies head. The seatbelts are almost impossible to loosen and it’s overall just poorly made would definitely not recommend especially to someone with a newborn.

I’m pulling a muscle to get the straps tighten & still not tight enough. this is my second one & only because I got a warranty replacement & nothing has changed… which adds. My first I had the foam part was completely cracked. No accidents. Just faulty foam. This is a known issue. Talked to multiple techs and they are just phasing them out before putting the new ones with the “new foam” out. Just a hard pass

I would give 0 stars if possible, this car seat is almost impossible to get tight enough for your child to be safely secured. I have two of these car seats because we got them before our daughter actually started using them and they are both terrible. I contacted customer support multiple times and they refuse to admit that there is a problem and instead say that we must be tightening it incorrectly, even though there are numerous reviews stating they have had the exact same issue. In my opinion, this company is not worried about children’s safety for continuing to sell this car seat and not admitting that this is a problem.

We bought this since we’ve liked the Grace brand but this was a horrible car seat. We switched it in 3 cars and we could all not tighten the straps, 2 men and 1 woman. I even got inside the car and attempted to tighten like that but could not. Not great at all specially dealing with the safety of our toddlers. Never had issues with the other graco car seats.

It’s too small. Anchor straps are too short. Had to move the headrest to have a 14 month old comfortable in it. Not worth the buy
