Q: My son is 11 yrs old, 58" tall and 68 lbs. Is this booster able to accommodate him even though he exceeds the height requirements. He is tall and thin. Thanks!
A: Thank you for asking an excellent question! Unfortunately, the maximum height requirement for all Graco car seats is 57 inches. You son maxes out on the height requirements. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause!

Q: Are the arm rests really adjustable? I cannot budge them from the lowest position, with the screw removed and pressing the pair of buttons as instructed.

Q: Is this airplane use friendly?
A: Thanks for your interest in our Turbobooster 2.0 Backless booster! This model is not FAA approved since it needs a shoulder seat belt to use, which airplanes do not have. Hopefully this helps! - The Graco Team

Q: Should the seatbelt go across the hips or across the upper thighs
A: Thank you for your inquiry on the TurboBooster 2.0 Backless Booster! The lap portion of the vehicle seat belt goes under both armrests and the shoulder belt goes under the armrest on the buckle side. The lap portion of the vehicle seat belt should lie low across your child’s hips and the shoulder belt lies across your child’s shoulders, in the red zone (can be viewed in the manual) between the neck and edge of shoulder. Q: Is this booster seat airplane approved?

Q: Will this booster seat fit in the middle seat of a nissan maxima ?

If middle seat does not have a shoulder belt, the seat must be installed on one of the outside seats where there is a lap/shoulder belt. We hope this helps! Graco Team
