As many elderly people in America I am low in iron and returned to eating grape nuts and it has made a difference! I grew up eating grape nuts and am happy to see it is still available.

Have you ever felt the deep frustration and crushing loss of wanting that very particular food that just doesn't exist anymore, and being presented with the "perfectly fine" alternative that you know for certain is NOT a perfectly fine substitute? It is not the same, it doesn't scratch the itch. It's like a kid begging for fast food and being served a bologna sandwich. The people want grape nut ohs. The people need it. And we will throw a temper tantrum over the bologna sandwich of an alternative cereal until we get our grape nut ohs back!
Love it

I love it I really do. But it seems that something is either wrong with me or the cereal bc every time I have it I have realized I need.to constantly drink water. I don't know if there is a additive or something in it I know it's supposed to be super healthy but...

I've been enjoying GRAPE-NUTS for nearly 50 years. Just like my Mother did, I too like soaking my GRAPE-NUTS in a bowl of milk w/a little sugar for at least 1/2 hr in fridge. My question is: How does anyone not know that GN is a hard crunchy cereal; it's in smaller packaging? I also soak my Granola cereals due to the hardness also Cap't Crunch brand cereals. GRAPE-NUTS are GREAT-NUTS!!

When I was a kid sometimes my dad would make us grape nuts as a late night snack with milk and little sprinkle of sugar, warmed in the microware. So it brings back wonderful memories. But now as an adult, I love it because it adds yummy crunch to my morning greek yogurt (I also add a little chopped walnuts). It is so much healthier than granola with way less sugar. And it is yummier than Fiber One, which I used to use. I just realized it also has so much iron/ folic acid!! I wish I realized this when I was pregnant. This cereal is a powerhouse and is SO under appreciated!!

I have eaten Grape Nuts for many years. My favorite way to eat grape nuts is with Greek yogurt and fresh fruit. I put the cereal I. A covered bowl with yogurt and let it soften. I then add fresh fruit maybe berries, sliced peaches or melon. Even toss in some sunflower seeds or other seeds Tastes delicious! I like to eat Grape Nuts this way as a light lunch at work. Energizing lunch.
Period.

I have it with milk, strawberries and blueberries a couple times a week and very muck enjoy it. It's like granola for me but a lot less complicated flavor. Every now and then we'll make parfaits with yogurt, fruit and grape-nuts; very tasty.
This is a great way to start the day!

I love this cereal! I am not one who usually writes a review on anything...BUT...this cereal is very deserving of one. It taste great! It's very nutritious, You can eat it crunchy or let it sit (like you would with Chai seeds) and it will soften up. You choose how soft you get it by how long you let it sit. I let mine sit for about 20 minutes (long enough for me to get a quick shower) and it is perfect! Not soggy like all the other cereals out there, it still has a slight crunch to it that doesn't hurt my teeth! For those of you that are afraid of it hurting your teeth, this is a way that you can still enjoy eating it... Let it sit longer if you want to, yes you loose the crunch BUT it is Not a Soggy Mess of Goo! It still has texture that for me, is still appealing. I don't do soggy! It is so good in my smoothies and shakes too! So I can enjoy my Grape Nuts not just as a nutritious breakfast, but on the go (as a meal on the run) by mixing in with my smoothies and or shakes. I love Grape Nuts cereal! It doesn't give me headaches or upset my digestive system like those GMO foods do. And They have remained a Non GMO product! That set's it there on the top of my list of foods to eat and ENJOY eating! Oh, and did I say that I love Grape Nuts cereal? Let's Eat!! Mmm!
Would love to give five stars...

It's the best cereal on the market. Sadly, Post has decided to turn its back on science as is evidenced by the "non-gmo project" sticker. (That Monarch butterfly on the logo is a natural GMO.) There is nothing wrong with foods produced by genetic engineering. Sad really.
