Graze® Single-Handle Semi-Professional Kitchen Sink Faucet With 21-9/16" Spout

Faucet was installed in my renovated kitchen in 2020. It lasted only two years and the sprayhead began leaking where it connects with the hose because of a cheap plastic piece. Had to pay $$$$ for a plumber replace the part because it’s not readily available at hardware stores. Fast forward to today (2 yrs from the last costly repair) and it’s leaking AGAIN. Parts are still unavailable (backordered) so I can’t even get it to try to fix it myself. Given how much I spent on the faucet itself plus the last repair, I’m just going to have to completely replace it so I’m not shelling out $$$ every two years. I do not recommend this overpriced poorly constructed product. So frustrating.

This faucet was installed in our newly remodeled kitchen and within a month of installation it started leaking terrible through the hose instead of the sprayer. I tried screwing the sprayer on a bit tight, but still the same problem. Called customer service and they’re sending me a hose kit u see warranty, but from reading other reviews, it seems like that won’t make much of a difference either since the same problem starts after a short period of time. I’m so disappointed because I also purchased the Graze pot filler, so it looks great with the faucet. If you’re thinking of purchasing this, don’t. The design is defective and Kohler doesn’t seem to care.

So disappointed! With how expensive this faucet was I expected it to last a very long time. But less than a year later and anytime I turn it on it’s dripping from the light pressure berry sprayer section that shouldn’t even be on. I can’t remember where I bought it to get proof of a receipt for the warranty so I may be screwed getting any type of warranty from Kohler now. Lesson learned I’ll buy a different brand next time.

Following up on a review I wrote back in July. We had a problem where the spray head connection to the hose keeps leaking. Kohler sent me some replacement parts but the same issue has started again a few months later. Is there a product recall on this? It seems like some other customers are having similar issues.

I purchased a K-22061-2MB faucet in October but didn't install until May 2022 once our renovation was nearly completed. We’ve been using the faucet since we moved into the house in May and there's been an ongoing issue (this happens almost every other day) where the faucet head partially detaches from the hose causing water to come out from between the hose and the faucet. It appears that part no. 1281802 is what holds the faucet head in place against hose. This small plastic part keeps slipping out of the groove that it’s supposed to stay in causing the head and the hose to disconnect. Have there been any recalls or issues like this that Kohler is aware of an any way to remedy it? It looks great and has awesome features but this issue makes it unusable. If Kohler has a fix or has a replacement that would solve the issue I would give it 5 stars.

We had this installed in our newly built condo. Within the first 2 months, we had the head replaced due to leaking and then had to replace the entire faucet as it literally fell apart between the faucet head and the hose. We were extremely disappointed as we loved the unique style of the faucet, the height. It matched our modern condo design perfectly. We have always had Kohler products in our previous home and now exclusively in our new condo and were extremely disappointed.

We just installed our faucet yesterday and it is stunning! My husband said the installation was extremely easy. I love the gentle spray it is so soft and the sweep spray is very powerful. The docking system works wonderfully

This is a beautiful faucet, materials look pleasing, and the design is fantastic. We were SO excited to see it installed in our new remodel. However, the mounting magnet is just not strong enough for the head. At best, the head will barely hang on and aim back towards the faucet itself and spray water all over the counter. More often, the head just won't even stay attached to the mounting point. I've reached some photos and have reached out to Kohler, I really hope that we're just unlucky and received a manufacturing flawed unit or something and that Kohler will stand by this product so I can update my review!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this faucet in July and couldn’t be happier. We have it on BerrySoft spray the majority of the time because it feels so great, and does the job without any splashing. We get compliments anytime people see our kitchen- the sink and faucet is by far the focal point! Absolutely love it.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and words cannot describe how stunning this faucet is, but I will try! Kohler has really outdone themselves with the Graze in Matte Black. It is elegant, understated but still manages to make an impact. We love the "organic" shape that is unique amongst a sea of "meh" pull-down faucets that everyone else has. Love the coiled neck and how easily it pulls down into the sink to clean dishes. The sprayer with three functions also works beautifully. If I was wishing for more, I would only ask Kohler to make a faucet like this that also has some of the "smart" features like touch on/off and voice control fill through a smart assistant like Amazon Alexa or Google Home.
