Too Heavy & MOST of all, not Tall enough. I use a rump roast for Pot Roast. I would not be able to cover it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PERFECT! We made jambalaya in it for a large group and it made a big amount. It’s heavy and sturdy but not absurd. Well made and easy to use, I’ve used a Le Creuset and they cooked very similarly. Not sure how long it’ll last yet but so far it’s been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with my new GreenPan Bobby Flay 5.5qt Dutch Oven in Oxford Blue. The Oxford Blue color is gorgeous - it adds a chic touch to my kitchen. I love how the enamel finish is not only beautiful but also durable, so it looks great on the stovetop or as a serving dish. I’ve already put this Dutch oven to work cooking stuffed bell peppers at 375 F for 40 minutes, and the results were amazing. I could fit 8 bell peppers in it. The oven’s tight seal created a wonderful steaming effect, cooking the peppers evenly and bringing out a richer, fuller flavor. I can’t wait to try it for baking sourdough bread, as I expect the heat retention and steam control will work wonders. One of the best parts is how easy it is to clean. The enamel surface is non-stick, and I haven’t had any issues with food residue. This Dutch oven is a must-have if you’re looking for something that’s not only functional but also a centerpiece for your kitchen. I’m looking forward to using it for many more recipes!

It’s an absolutely beautiful color and reminds me of the Le Creuset Nuit collection that just came out. Solid construction, easy to clean and use, and really compares well to my other brand name Dutch oven. Feel very lucky to own this and would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pot is definitely a very high quality Dutch oven! I have one that's much smaller That I use for small batches of chicken soup. This one is definitely great for large batches of food and I would definitely feel confident putting it in an oven to bake as it is very heavy duty piece! That being said, it is very heavy to lift for a kitchen item/pot. Tho the cooking quality Is amazing, It cleans up extremely well, it's a little bit too heavy for me. I feel like it's definitely a pot that I will use for a holiday cooking for sure!
