Q: Does this product have a warranty?

A: Our cookware has a limited lifetime warranty on manufacturer defects. The non stick coating carries the limit of 2 years. The 2-year warranty on the nonstick coating covers manufacturing defects which are quite rare. Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. https://www.greenpan.us/pages/warranty

A: You can use high heat to boil water. Low to medium heat is strictly for when cooking with oils.

A: This set is metal utensil safe, but silicone or wooden utensils are recommended. Oven safe up to 600 degrees! Lids are oven safe up to 340 degrees.

Q: Is this cookware aluminum free

A: Beneath multiple layers of ceramic there is an aluminum core that is pillowed in the center of all our cookware because it is a great heat conductor. If you were to scratch the surface of your pan you would not reach the aluminum in the center of the pan. As for the coating itself, it is PTFE, PFOA, Cadmium and Lead free so chips, dents or scratches will not affect the performance of the pan or your health. You will hit another layer of ceramic if the pan is scratched. So, no aluminum or toxins will be in contact with your food or leach out during cooking with our cookware.

Q: Are these pans compatible with a ceramic cooktop range?

A: Our cookware is safe for use on gas and electric stove tops, this includes glass stove tops. However, some new stove models may recommend against using ceramic cookware, meaning our cookware with the color exterior shouldn't be used. If this is the case, the manual will most likely read that cookware with a stainless-steel exterior or a hard-anodized exterior would be most optimal. These are hard anodized.

I’ve had this set for less than a year now and the nonstick surface has already chipped and everything sticks to it. We only hand wash our pots and pans so we’ve taken great care of the set. I wouldn’t buy this again nor recommend it.

This set was gifted to me from my wedding registry and I was excited to use them because I had heard so many good things about the company and their promise of using safe materials! My biggest issue is that the handles leak! If I’m boiling water in one of the pots water starts to leak out of the handles and onto the cooktop which then causes all sorts of issues! Also they are supposed to be dishwasher safe however the handle’s somehow hold water in so when I put them away in my cabinets they leak everywhere!

I bought these 2 years ago. I cook alot and these pans are excellent. I paid attention to the cleaning instructions - have always handwashed these, gently with cloth or sponge. They still look brand new!

in the beginning, I liked the pans and how easy to cook in and clean, but one of the pans started to stick to the food I tried to contact Target customer service online through the foon no one answer me. Now, 2 more pans started to stick the food while cooking. I'm a person who is good at taking care of my thing, especially since I don't have a big budget to change my stuff, I followed all instructions on how to clean these pans and how to use them, but still, it was damaged. I really disappointed. I bought it last September 2022 it didn't complete a year.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on the warm surface, this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

I was tinkering for weeks with what set of cookware I should get. I knew exactly what I didn’t want, had an idea of what I was looking for… But wasn’t in the place to want to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on a new set at the time. I finally decided on these and couldn’t have been happier with them. They’ve stayed non-stick, just the same as they came out of the box. My other favorite part is how easily they clean! No matter what you’ve cooked in there. Totally recommend if you’re looking for a semi-affordable option that will still give you a great experience!

Pans burn super easily (leaving black marks in the bottom, even on the lowest heat) - lid randomly shattered into pieces in the dishwasher with nothing near it creating a huge hazard. For the price I expected better!

We bought and used these pans for about 4 months. They were great for the first 4 months, after that, there is no way these can be considered non stick. Even after using a magic eraser as suggested, the frying pan is horrible. After a few months, is harder to clean than ANY frying pan I've ever used.

The set looks super sleek, but when we started using them, we noticed water leaks from the handles (even when not filled to the bolts). We have a glass top stove, so now everytime we use them, we have burnt water stuck to our burners. Not pleased.
